WOOOOW Now the best taste of Chetan ‘s bistro comes in proper china and with silver ware The only missing thing now got completed 👍 The best Indian food I ate in Chicago, Period. was a little hesitant initially when I entered the parking lot and saw a simple looking fast food joint which I had to reserve a table for before I came to dine in and saw food in Paper plates . I do not like to eat dinner in paper plates Dee’s. was expecting a high end looking fine dining when I had to reserve a table not the case so was a little turned off when initially when I was seated and had to go to the register to order food just like any Taco Bell or Dunkin . Then the food came ,AND THE MAGIC HAPPENED . all the skepticism and hesitancy vanished off with the first bite in my mouth . We had ordered six or seven dishes between three of us And all of them were superb in taste and unique I can not sing enough praises of their food and while on the note of singing I was treated to a beautifully sung song by the owner and his wife , and they were gracious enough to allow me and my wife to use their equipment to sing a song as well very kind of them thank you both for your hospitality and delicious food

yesterday was there and the food was excellent as expected Chetan is a magician with his food creations and He should be rated as the best chef in town

once again a delicious culinary experience at Bollywood Bistro today unforgettable finger licking food , incomparable to any other place in Chicago. Chetan is a magician among chefs.

The portions of the dishes apart from tasting phenomenal are very big , they do provide very good portions of food in their dishes

Another great trip to my favorite restaurant Actually it is not a restaurant for me any more it is my second home . Going there once a week has become a norm for me and my son I can not understand the reviews that complain about their portions. Their portions are so big that it gives me enough leftovers for another meal at home. It is great food with very reasonable prices Kudos to Chetan and his team for serving such a tasty and wholesome food in a very friendly atmosphere 😊great food and excellent atmosphere as usual Great food as expected Chetan delivered once again

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bollywood Bistro, and it was truly a flavorful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, setting the stage for a delectable meal.

Kadai Paneer: 9/10 The Kadai Paneer was absolutely delightful. The paneer was perfectly cooked, maintaining its softness while being enveloped in a rich, aromatic tomato-based gravy. The blend of spices was impeccable, providing a burst of flavor with each bite. Surely it could have had a bit more paneer cubes, nonetheless, this dish is a must-try for anyone craving for authentic desi flavors.

Garlic Naan: 9.5/10 The Garlic Naan was freshly baked and a perfect companion to the Kadai Paneer. It was soft and fluffy with a slight crisp on the edges, and the generous garlic topping added a wonderful aroma and flavor. It was the ideal vehicle to scoop up the delicious curry.

Bang Bang Noodles: 8/10 Bollywood Bistro's Bang Bang Noodles were a pleasant surprise. This fusion dish combines the fiery flavors of North Indian cuisine with the comforting texture of noodles. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the sauce had just the right amount of kick, leaving us craving more.

Moong Dal Ka Halwa: 9/10 For dessert, we indulged in the Moong Dal Ka Halwa, and it was an absolute treat. This traditional dessert was rich, sweet, and had a melt-in-the-mouth texture. The flavors of the moong dal and ghee were perfectly balanced, providing a satisfying end to a fantastic meal.

Service: A special mention goes to our server, Rinku, who provided impeccable service throughout our meal. Rinku was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always had a warm smile, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.

A very blissful memorable Women's Day celebrated this year !!

Bollywood Bistro is mostly definitely a revisiting restaurant. This is now one of the favorite food places I can count on.

All the food served is super, awesome and mouthwateringly delicious. Usually when we go to restaurant, we end up telling the order of food which is good to worse. This place has very good food and we felt we tasted very little but each and everything served is so tasteful. Vada Pav (recollected my Mumbai days) Samosa Chaat Masala Soda (mind blowing flavors) Indo-Chinese Sizzlers Tandoori Paneer Flatbread Achari Paneer Tikka Sizzlers

Chef creations are very innovative and really worth spending every dollar. The restaurant itself is maintained very neatly and organized, ambiance is great.

Now coming to Chef, we are late by 30mins... that a lot considered as no show by many. We definitely upset him but at the same time he accepted us as it was Women's Day and all we need to do is to give a big smile and pleasing to have us. Respecting our chef's time, we ordered immediately because 9PM it closes.

After having our tummies full and happy, we got to chat with the chef Chetan. We were very happy everything prepared for us had that secret ingredient (emotion) and it turned out our best Women's Day Outing (2022) fulfilled apart from being together. It's blissfully memorable to all of us celebrated.

Well maintained, cozy and very good Indian restaurant to visit. Small suggestion: No lights on the banner made us squint in the night vision.
