One of the slowest places I've ever been it took 47 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get a half cooked Burger and cold soggy fries. The atmosphere of the people that were waiting on me sucked. I paid $14.19 for a waste of food. A 5-year-old could have made food better than they do. I don't usually complain about places but I was on my lunch break 30 minutes and had to call in to my job and tell them what was going on. That is very pathetic. I would recommend that if you are starving to death do not hear. The home run classic burger is a joke. I do not see this burger place making it more than 6 months. They didn't even say sorry for your wait they didn't even say nothing I looked at them through the drive-thru window and they kept putting their finger up like one moment please one moment please one moment please one moment please one moment please turn into 40 plus minutes of waiting on trash food. Try to call and complain over and over to them but they would not answer the phone. Like I said I never complain about stuff like this but this really rubbed me the wrong way. If I ran the place and it took 40 something minutes to get somebody some food I would have said let me give you a refund and still give you the food but this joke-ass place of a restaurant did not. So. Spent like forever trying to get dudes attention as this place is dead at 7pm and he's groovin and moppin in the back. Finally get his attention then we come to a language barrier. To ask for Mac and cheese instead of fries for a combo meal was way too difficult for the person working. Not his fault. Just doesn't understand English. So probably my mistake anyways since they have a kiosk I could have used. Moving on to the pop. They out of mt dew and Pepsi. Perfect cuz im dieting anyways. Got a flat diet Pepsi anyways. Just had door dash deliver my order. I very clearly ordered and paid for a gluten free bun. I just spent 5 minutes vomiting in the bathroom. Now I have stomach cramps. When a person with celiac disease orders gluten free food, you cant posion them with gluten. No one will answer the phone when I call. $18 for a burger I can't eat and no one will answer the phone to make it right. Update: Went to the location to get a refund. They don't even serve gluten free buns. Their menu is wrong and THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE however the owner just hasn't gotten around to updating it. The staff saw the gluten free bun on the order and just put a regular bun on the order anyway. Complete disregard for a serious allergy. I am severely allergic to Gluten. It's not a preference. I can't eat french fries from a fryer that's cross contaminated. The complete disregard done intentionally and refusal to refund my money has left me completely flabbergasted. WTH is wrong...
