Worst experience of my entire life, paid $35 to see a certain DJ perform and when we got to the door, they told us they were not coming "due to flight cancellations" and only refunded us $10. We later we got confirmation from the DJ we were supposed to see that there was no flight to even be canceled. The show wasn't happening to begin with because Headliner didn't sell enough tickets for them to even come and perform (shocker because the place is a dump!) The guy at the front gave us free drink tickets to make up for this that could be used "for any drinks". We went to the bar and ordered drinks and when going to pay with the ticket, the bartender was so beyond nasty to us because the drink tickets were "not valid". These were probably the worst mixed drinks I've ever had in my entire life as they tasted like straight rubbing alcohol topped with limes, and she wouldn't remake them because they were "already poured". The crowd this place attracted was not good and the place itself was dirty smelling like BO. I would never recommend this place to anyone in 1 million years, if you wanna go out down the Jersey shore hit up osprey, djais, leggetts, jenks, or honestly any other establishment because I promise you, you will not enjoy yourself at...

This year I made it my first time at the shore, all summer to see a Joel Corry perform. Not only was the head of security, the most disrespectful person towards me, but I was also denied entry due to discrimination. I was treated extremely badly was not refunded for my ticket. Now I can see if I was drunk or something of that sort. But I literally walked up and went to unzip my purse and they denied me entry immediately. I it was due to a personal issue but I 100% was not in the wrong. And I had spoken to a different set of police officers about the situation, and it was completely unlawful and incorrect. The experience at this place is absolutely disgusting, especially seeing as I was there with about 20 other people. I have tried to contact the office multiple multiple times, and it seems to be that nobody answers the phones. This is completely disgusting treatment, and the head of security is by far the rudest person I have ever came across in my life. Went with a group of friends after the beach looking for a good time but ended up ruining part of the night. The bouncer cracked my ID in half, wouldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience he caused me. As soon as we got into the empty bar, we asked for a manager to explain the situation. The bouncer then comes back to us to explain how is he not in the wrong because he’s a bouncer (and a manager apparently lol) and that’s just what they do. Finally we talk to someone from inside who has absolutely no clue what to do about it. The new guy keeps asking what we want him do about it, because now its the customers job to figure out a problem caused by his employee. He couldn’t do any critical thinking, as a manager of a bar he’s never dealt with a problem before? My group works in customer service so we know how to be accommodating but it was just insane how we were being treated by staff after THEY created a problem for us. We were looking for some apologies or honestly any respect but none was given. After reading the reviews we put everything together and realized we were obviously victims of bigotry.
