Searles Bar & Grill — Restaurant in New Ulm

I was looking for a cable provider in Searle and being that I don't know anyone in the area I thought I would call this business being that this is the only business in town that shows on Google Maps. I asked a simple question "Hey, I have a quick question and maybe you could help me out- which cable provider do you have in Searle?" A lady responded that it was lunch time and they were busy (totally understandable, I've worked in the food service industry for a while and even owned my own business). I simple reframed the question thinking maybe she didn't understand and then CLICK. Hung up on me. I tried to call back and no answer. She could have answered a few ways. One by telling me he cable company and then letting me go. The other by telling me "Sorry, I don't know. Good luck." I'm sure the food is fine but that was super unprofessional. Won't be...

Food was typical bar and grill food which is good. Tots were yumm. Nice looking interior. I was traveling through New ulm and wanted something besides fast food.

I got kind of a cold shoulder. My server was incredibly uninterested, guessing because I'm not a regular. They were super excited for other guests that I'm assuming they knew. Which is fine, but after smiling to and chatting with other guests they were quick and abrupt with me.

Suggestion.. even if you don't know your customer act a little bit interested in them.

I've never had a server be unhappy to serve me even when they've never met me.
