Bitter Monk — Restaurant in New York

We had an incredible experience at Bitter Monk. The bartender who served us (his name was Ryan) was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about his craft. Watching him create the “Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea” cocktail was like watching an artist at work. The drink itself was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. You can really tell they put thought and creativity into every detail. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back for more....

This place is amazing! It is the most peaceful cocktail bar/distillery in Industry City and it's absolutely beautiful as well.

Service was knowledgeable, friendly and just overall incredible.

Only thing better than the atmosphere and service were the cocktails and their house made amaris and herbal liqueurs.
