Burger King — Restaurant in New York

They've barely been open for two weeks and service is already abysmal. Today I spent 30 minutes ordering and waiting for a simple order of nuggets and onion rings. Other people spend just as much time waiting as well, half of them getting incorrect or missing items in their orders. On top of that, there was a delay on burger patties, and the soft serve machine broke down. The other day someone in my family bought food and the nuggets were dry to the point where they were pretty much inedible. I know this is a new store, but how are they already doing so poorly when they've JUST opened? So much worse than the McDonald's that it replaced. The one good thing I can say is that a couple of staff members were very friendly and the establishment is clean, with a large flat-screen TV in the rear seating area.

Long story short: if you want the fast in fast food, you're better off going somewhere else...

Being a vegan with very little options for cooking (read; a microwave), fast food can become a fact of life.

Now, I’ve probably ordered over 250 Impossible Whoppers since it was introduced to the menu (easily, and this is not an exaggeration), and I’ve purchased from locations all over the country, and at every time of the day. This has quickly become my favorite BK. My order is not only always correct (no mayo, no ketchup, extra BBQ sauce), they are put together perfectly. Every time.

The staff at this location are also always incredible, and on point (thinking specifically of a gentleman in the morning, and a gal in the afternoon). Quick (precise) service with a smile, even with a line.

There are two other locations within a mile or so radius, though given the option, I’ll take this one every time, even if I have to walk a...

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews here. I’ve been coming to this Burger King for 2 months now, and here’s what I’ve noticed:

It’s spotless. The place is clean, the staff all wear gloves — even the ones taking orders. Not a single crumb on the floor.

The staff is friendly, polite, and fast. They’re flying around the kitchen like they’re on jet engines. Are you guys okay?? 😅 I got my burger in 3 minutes! Honestly, calm down — you’re doing amazing. I feel bad that people leave so much negativity. You don’t deserve that. You’re one of the best Burger Kings in all of Brooklyn.
