I wish can give this place a 0 and take my time back for wasting it here. Me and my friend have been loyal customers here for 2 years, we come at least 2-3 a month because of the food. NEVER because of the service because it is non existent here.

We came at 8 pm with a group of 4. we first stood by the door / computer and since they have 2 waitress that run around and also act like hostess since they dont have one. we were told 45 minutes and we would get a table. Of course it is not exact but as a server you should feel the approxment wait time and give a accurate estimation. WE WAITED TILL 9:30PM TO BE SEATED

We have seen 10 groups of people come in and leave because of the slow service and disgraceful attitude.  In fact we made friend with serveral other groups that were waiting to focusing our haterd for this place. Yes it probably would of been better to take the ferry to the city and back than to wait here.

The waitress are lazy and uncaring, this is the reason why we will never go there, for a table that seats 4 ppl they had a couple sitting side by side looking into their phone with a CLEAN table and the check paid. so to put this into perspective we waited for 1.5 hours for a table, 45 minutes to receive the food and 45min minutes to eat. THEY NEVER MOVED OR LEFT so for more than 3 hours this couple was sitting arms wrapped around each other watching videos.

Next there was another party that took one whole side of the place and never left. people were literally sitting playing with their phones doing nothing, once in a while they go out for smoke then come back with no food at all on their table.

Finally the third party is exactly like the other one so care for anyone at all just sitting with no food looking at their phones.

WHAT KILLED ME IS WHEN WE ASKED THE WAITRESSES THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER  THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE AND IT DIDN'T BOTHER THEM THAT NEW GROUPS WERE COMING AND GOING BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE.

WHEN THE OWNER IS HERE THERE IS AT LEAST SOME ORDER, BUT THIS TIME WAS THE FINAL STRAW.

WHAT FINALLY GOT US UP STEP WAS THAT AFTER 1.5 HOURS OF WAITING WE WERE TOLD THERE ARE NO MORE RIBS, , FRIES BEANS  AND PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING WAS GONE BUT SOME SAHARA DESERT DRY BRISKET AND THE PULLED PORK WAS 70% JUST WATERED IT HAD ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR.

This place will not stay open long they lost about 10 groups just while we were waiting, there is no decency in the place, they simply dont care. their beer selection went from one of the best to pure garbage. their tap beer is non sense they claim its some awesome signature craft beer, well we tried most of what they had on tap and it was all rubbish. The funniest one was the the beer they call "Sour Ale" which is them just mixing grapefruit juice and corona beer.

NEVER COME HERE AND SPREAD THE WORD OF THIS FILTHY PLACE THEY DESERVE...

Hadn't been here in about 5 years (last experience was "ok"). Went with the wife and kid- There's no table service (the bartender is stuck doing double duty. He drops off your food, but didn't ask how is everything thing, do you need anything, etc). You order using a QR code, but still tip... The website that you use for ordering is simple to use, but the photos of the items are misleading. The food seemed edible.. The menu options are uninspired and largely things that were unique to the area a decade ago (e.g. pastrami egg rolls, Mac & cheese balls, etc). Popcorn chicken was super dry. Mac & cheese was okay with bread crumbs but nothing amazing. Chicken and waffles serving was the size of a Dunkin Donuts sandwich. The French fries and Collard Greens were super, super salty. At home an hour and a half later all 3 of us had to urgently use the bathroom... Entré prices weren't crazy, but weren't a good value for the quantity or quality. The dining area was clean- no sticky floors or tables- a plus for a restaurant/bar. However, the bathroom needed help (broken seat, and thick dust covering the lights). I hope the owner/management accept this feedback as a call to...

There are not enough good things to say about this place. The decor is eclectic, the vibe was so chill and they played great hip hop. The punch was great, the mac and cheese bites were delicious. This was all before the meals came.

When the main courses came, my boyfriend's ribs were falling off the bone, they were so tender; but the star of the night were my fish tacos. I'm pescatarian, so i'm the one who has to search for the fish dishes on the menu. Tacos are always just basically good, but these were phenomenal!!!!!! They were so flavorful and the beer batter was not too thick. These are, by far, thee best fish tacos I've ever eaten! Who knew STATEN ISLAND has such a great place to eat and drink.

The place is a gastropub, with cool names for their craft beers, but the food is so worth the trip over the bridge from Brooklyn!...

Comfort food and cold beers are always on deck at Craft House 👐🏻 It's been years since l've been there but the vibe was still there. Craft house has a rustic, industrial feel. They have a nice wooden bar with some high top tables and a separate dining room. They have a large outdoor area that begins to fill up as the weather gets warmer. They do different events on certain nights like karaoke and comedy night. Board games that you can play and just chill out. They even have chess competitions every Saturday from 12 to 3. Staff is very warm and the owner/Chef Kareem is a sweetheart. He keeps his menu simple and solid. You can find some of the best brisket, pulled pork and chicken and waffles around. Their smash burger slaps!! It's definitely a true smash burger Although I don't drink beer, their selection is impressive and it's all local beer made here on our island by Kills Boro 🍻 What we grubbed: Island Vibez Margarita Corn Dip Chicken Wonton Tacos Mac And Cheese Bites Pineapple Wings Double Smash Burger Cherry Bourbon Lemonade Chicken And Waffles Craft House is located at 60 Van Duzer St 📍Love shout to Dwayne and Joe 🫶🏻 #CraftHouse #killsboro #ComfortFood #Beer #CraftBeer #CraftBeerLover #ChickenAndWaffles #Tompkinsville #StatenIsland #Foodie #FoodBlogger #SmashBurger #SmashBurgers #Explore

We we're looking for a place to watch the Eagles vs 49ers game. Found Craft House on Yelp amongst other venues. Very glad we chose Craft House!! 1- craft beers and ale's 2- BBQ The brew selection was impressive. They have their own brewery. I had the Packed Bowl Breakfast Stout; dark with coffee flavor The brisked was best of all. Portions were respectable and filling. I recommend the Brisket Empanadas 🤤 The smoked Brisket sandwich was a nice follow up 😁 We would have taken pictures but we were hungry and the food smelled delicious They have a brunch menu! And a cool chill vibe! We will definitely be back!!
