Just Salad — Restaurant in New York

I recently visited this Just Salad location and was really disappointed by the behavior of the manager. I witnessed the manager speak harshly to an employee who had briefly checked her phone — the tone and approach came across as unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. It was uncomfortable to watch and created a negative atmosphere for both staff and customers.

On top of that, I noticed that many of the items were overpriced compared to similar options at Sweetgreen, which offers better quality and customer service for the same type of food.

Unfortunately, due to the poor management behavior and overall experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope leadership takes steps to ensure staff are treated with respect and that the work...

A total disappointment. I placed an order online at 754pm and got to the restaurant around 810pm and my order was not ready. I waited until around 817pm and asked for a refund. The employee got on the phone and attempting to get me a refund. About 823pm I asked what was going and was ignored. I work in the area and was pressed for time. I left the restaurant at 825pm with no salad and no refund. Smh. Now I will have to be inconvenienced and have to go through my credit card company. This new Just Salad opened up and it’s amazing. Good prices, very spacious, very clean, and very delicious.

The only CON I would say and have been there twice since they’ve been open for a week is they seem to Skimpy on protein servings, I saw a co-worker counting the amount of meat she put in my wrap the second time I came and the first time there was barely anything not even a spoon full. For the short term that may be good to save some dollars here and there but not the best strategy for the long term if you want recurring customers.
