It’s sad when You see that the customer service of this place isn’t representative our culture in any way! I came today and ask by the soup of the day (rib soup) and the lady that was behind the counter try to sell to me hot water with bones And when I ask her to put at least a little bit more of the beef , instead of the bones!!! She started to be impatient and angry! I explain in the polite way that really wanted that soup but served on the correct line! So I was flexible and took the decision to order something extra tu supply this poor soup that she offer! And tell her : Ok so add to my order scrambled eggs with rice!!!! She started to talk again things and sabotage my order, serving with the spoon with the worth’s carácter that never saw in my life! 😭 when I ask her how much supposed to pay She tell me 16 dollars! But at this time, all my body feel just miserable because really She try me like a homeless! I talked her that at this point I didn’t wanted the food because was served with angry 😡 carácter and She answer heavily in from of the rest of the customers that I didn’t have the money to pay 😓😭!!! I tell her this is not about money is about customer service and if I have or not is not her problem!!!! I feel insulted and feel humiliated! Just only because A plate of soup that at the beginning I was try to buy!!! What can I say! 😓 I hope no body have this...

After coming here for 12 years for their soup I will never again return. I drove from Bayside to woodside for this ? I spent $32 on two soups. And she charged me $1+ tax to take it home 🤯 I can’t believe they charged me extra for takeout and had the audacity to tell me everyone else does that. The girls working in there are trash. Sweeping the floor while I was eating my soup which is why I stood up and asked to get something to take it with. That’s disgusting! Women who lack confidence and feel the need to make someone’s life difficult and be so unprofessional bc they seem like what more American. I am not someone to be taken advantage of and find it so petty for her to think that just bc I know how to dress myself that what? I should taxed. How hospitable. I work hard for what I have and would never act like that with any of my clients. I would never want to be you Claudia. Que pena ver este lugar después de tantos años actuar como un lugar baja clase. The location is ideal - high traffic, next to the main subway in the area - it would be very tempting to take the easy way out : high pricing, prepackaged, small staff; so well deserved kudos...
