La Casa De Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

I have ordered from this restaurant a few times in the past few months. One time my order was not what I ordered and I ordered on Grubhub. Ok fine got money off next order. Then I ordered again all order was fine but took an hour and a half for it to get to me. I ordered again yesterday at 1:15pm said it would be to me at 2:07pm ok not to bad but then as time went past it was later and later I called and called customer service is horrible she kept saying busy busy busy I said call driver see where he is at. Supposedly he didn’t answer her. I told her I will give five minutes if not at my house I want my money back. I gave the driver 5$ tip paid $23 for one pizza I would have liked a hot pizza and it was not. Finally at 3:15pm he pulls up and sits pizza on porch and leaves no call no text nothing. I called again got voicemail told them I hope they are not charging me for this pizza because it’s cold and I waited 2 hours. I checked email and I was not charged thankfully. I love the food I love the pizza always so good but why should I pay for something that’s cold and two hours late and they can’t tell me why. I’m not sure if I will ever order again from here, need to find another place that’s even better. Unless u pick food up and not have it Delivered u may have better luck. Or maybe they need another driver I’m not sure what they need but hopefully they get it together soon or they will be closed...

I ordered a five-piece jumbo buffalo wings, two slices of buffalo chicken pizza, and a 2 liter of soda, when I got my order I found out that I didn't have my second slice of pizza, as well as that it was completely dried out and pretty rough, I haven't ordered from this place before so I wasn't sure what their pizza us like. However I'm a huge fan of buffalo chicken pizza so I always know that you can't go wrong with it and you're going to get a reliable meal, on this occasion though it was pretty bad. The wings were also pretty bad, they had good texture and were well cooked, but they were not buffalo wings. I've had buffalo wings countless times at least 100 different places, this was not buffalo sauce, more like some kind of weird overly tangy barbecue, but it was not buffalo. so I only got part of my order, the food was pretty bad, overall I'm not going to order from this place again. Maybe you will have a different experience though I don't know, I might have just got them at a bad time. But personally it's a one out of five, cuz I can't...

The worst experience ever!! I ordered fried fish and fries!! Thinking that im getting real fried fish!! They served me fish sticks fillets out the box! And charged me $10.99 each for two orders . I called them and told them i didnt want that. To come get it . My kids dont eat that box fish stick food. We wanted real fried fish!! Not processed battered fish. Then i decided to try the chicken tenders in place of the fish and same thing!! Not real fried chicken tenders. It’s some sort of breaded mystery meat. Not real chicken!! Do not order from here . I could of ordered real chicken and fish and cooked my self. I didn't pay $36 for precooked mystery food . This is overpriced food already processed precooked, not freshly cooked or real food!!
