Received my order and it had a lollipop in it. I had called the restaurant and the person who picked up the phone gasped when I told her. She said, "are you serious? Let me get a manager for you". I was transferred to 3 different "managers" and all asked what happened, whats your complaint. I told them that there was a lollipop in my box and they said, oh okay. Then I heard them speak amongst each other and say, oh just tell her it's complimentary. The "manager" comes back on the phone and says yeah, I did it. I told them that's gross and I don't feel comfortable eating this. And she said so, whats your complaint. I told them nevermind, I will just grt my refund from Doordash and hung up. The "managers" don't care, especially if it is a delivery order. I have to admit, their chicken and mac is very good, but because of this incident and the level of service that I have received, it makes me not want to order from here anymore. If they would have at least said, I'm sorry that you found a lollipop in your box, I meant to put it in your bag, I would have been fine. But, the fact that I had overheard them talking and saying, oh just say it's complimentary, she won't know, is very off-putting.

The soy garlic wings and spicy wings served during the evaluation were undoubtedly a culinary highlight, impressing with their exceptional flavor profiles and tantalizing aroma. Each bite was a testament to their quality, leaving a lasting impression on my palate. However, it's worth noting that while the wings were undoubtedly delicious, they were somewhat smaller in size compared to expectations. Despite this minor drawback, the accompanying sweet potato fries stood out as a true delight. Cooked to perfection with a delightful balance of crispiness and tenderness, they complemented the wings impeccably, enhancing the overall dining experience with their exceptional taste and texture.

I had a really bad experience this time around that I had to write a review about it. First off and I will always say this, if you read any of my previous reviews I say this all the time. No matter how good the food is, if the service is bad, it makes your food bad. The food is good and that’s why I never mind spending at least $60 for some wings and fries. But the service is just horrible and this time around I had to speak up. So I ordered one order of (L) wings which comes with 30 wings, 2 order of fries plain and truffle. I ask the lady at the counter if I can have some extra ranch. She tells me I have to pay for it. I’m like 30 wings and only one side of ranch really, so if I order 10 wings I get one side of ranch and if I order 30 I still only get one side. That don’t make no sense, she goes on to tell she don’t make the rules, I said okay who can I speak too, she said no one is there for me to speak too. I ask for a manager she said not here I said a supervisor she said not here. She told me to call corporate Wow call corporate for a side of ranch. I’m like okay no problem how much is the ranch she said $1. Now she gave me back my change $3. So I gave her $3 and told her I would like 3 ranch, she started to say okay so you want 4. Forget about what I “have” in my bag I paid for 3. She’s arguing with me about how many I want. I’m like I have one in the bag right cause it comes with my order. She tells me I didn’t order any ranch. Now I’m confuse because I thought my order comes with a side of ranch, because that’s what she told me. She leaves to go get me the ranch that I paid for and I look in my bag to check guess what there’s no ranch. She comes back with 3 ranch and gives me a dollar back. She tells me one is free with the order and here’s two that I paid for. I gave you $3 why didn’t you bring me 3 and if I get one free then I should have walked out with 4 sides of ranch so instead of continue going back and forth with her. I decided I will just not go there anymore. All of this because first I asked how is that an order of 30 wings only gives me one side of ranch was truly curious, then after paying why am I getting only 2. To all reading I have no discrimination against anyone, I love all people. But I truly dislike with the Asian community when I start asking questions and they don’t like what I’m asking they proceed to act like they don’t understand what I’m saying. It’s played out and gotta do better. Like her telling me there’s no manager or supervisor. And now not comprehending what I’m saying. Just a bad experience, and I’d rather spend my money with a place that has great service and okay food. Service...

I was in the restaurant with two waiters, & a table with five ppl waiting to be served. I seen several delivery guys, coming to pick up orders for one of the delivery companies (Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc). I waited 48 minutes for my order. No apologies, or anything. I ordered chicken & corn salad (which they didn't have), so I ordered coleslaw. I asked her how the coleslaw was prepared, & she said "the regular way." I'm not sure, what she considered regular, but that wasn't it. I assumed she meant, it was prepared with mayo, carrots, & cabbage, that's what regular was to me. I was going to send it back, but I kept it (because that's just how I am). It didn't taste bad, but it's not something I would order again. As a mater of fact, the Austin Street location, is so much better than this location, & that's the one I'll be going to, from here on out. I'm really not feeling the food, service, or energy at this Brooklyn location. And the one on Austin is just so much better,...
