Mado Japanese — Restaurant in New York

My girlfriend and I ordered on seamless and when the food arrived we were missing one roll. We double and even triple checked. We took pictures of the containers and we're 100 percent sure a mistake was made. We then called and politely explained to them a roll was missing. The lady started to argue right away and said she checked too and was sure the roll was sent out. She yelled at us and angrily hung up the phone. She claimed the avocado roll that was missing was in the same container as the 2 yellowtail scallion rolls. We took pictures of all the containers and conetents and without a doubt the roll was missing. After called seamless and being helped we called the restaurant back to let them know we didntd appreciate their serious lack of customer service and respect the lady continued to argue then shortly after relalized she was wrong and said sheds send the roll. This was my favorite sushi spot in Forrest Hills but I will never again order from here due to the manager. He gave my food order to someone else and then screamed at me over the phone and said “ you are fine so you do not need food.” Not sure what that means. Very disappointed. Ordered Grubhub was missing a roll, called them and was given no resolution however, no big deal cause Grubhub processed a refund. The part that threw me to write this review is my egg fried rice had literal egg shells in it. Very sloppy. On top of that my stir fried noodles left so much to be desired.
