Maya Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

The food was pretty good, we came on a Tuesday around 8pm so I don't know if the time makes a difference but the food was not very fresh. Everything was either cold or room temperature including the rice and meats. There weren't lids on any of the hot items either and the queso was totally congealed. My bowl was pretty good, again due to the temp issue, the cheese didn't melt but I popped it in the microwave when I got home and that made a big difference. Maya is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!! It’s the better version of Chipotle. They offer a build your own option (bowls, tacos, fries, etc) or some delicious bowl options if you don’t feel like picking your own toppings.
