Some reviews on here are old or donāt tell the full story. Itās hard to tell if thatās our Papa Jonhs Driver or third-party at drivers Thereās new management and a new team now ā the service is much better. Iām one of the drivers, and I can say we work hard to keep things right.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered pizza online on Monday and it never came. My family went to sleep hungry waiting for that delivery. I could not reach anyone in the store to process my refund for 5 days. I called the corporate number and waited on hold for atleast 30 mins every time I called and kept being told that only the store could process my refund. I probably wasted like 3 hours of my life on hold and made atleast 25 calls to the store. Finally, when the corporate customer service rep got me in touch with a manager, he offered to deliver my Pizza today (it's Friday)! He offered no explanation or apology for the order. He basically called me a liar when I said I had been trying to reach them the last 5 days. I told him I would like my refund and a credit of some sort for (a) waiting 5 days for any word on my delivery which I PAID for (b) the hours I spent on the phone trying to resolve the issue (c) the interest they owe me for holding my money all this time and (d) the lack of basic customer service skills.
I don't think a credit is too much to ask for. I don't think I should even have to ask for it. The manager informed me "it doesn't work like that." Apparently the way it works at this Papa John's is they take your money and do not deliver any goods. I believe that is fraud! He supposedly processed my refund but when I spoke to a rep at corporate she said she didn't see that he processed my refund. He said I can keep calling the store to try and reach the owner but he doesnt know when she will be in and maybe if I am lucky and someone picks up tomorrow he could see about sending me "something" for my troubles. No clue what it will be... if I can even reach someone... and if my free order ever actually gets delivered. I'm about to report this case to the BBB and fight the charge with the bank. At this point I'm just hoping someone at the corporate office will handle the situation with some kind of customer service and I never have to deal with this store again.
This just really sucks because I really like Papa John's pizza. I must have spent thousands on them over the years. I just moved to this neighborhood and now I'm stuck with this location. Maybe if I call another location and beg them to come they might... Otherwise I heard Tony's Pizza was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBY FAR THE WORSE PIZZERIA . CALLED @ 4:42pm for delivery and we are literally 10 minutes from the location . At 5:52pm we called to check up on the pizza since they said that it would be here in 40 mins . They said that the delivery guy left at 5:16 . Later the delivery man gave us a call and said that he will be here in 5 mins . I go down in 10 mins and call the delivery man to see where he is and he has the audacity to say that he never told us to go downstairs . OBVIOUSLY , he you tell us that you will be here in 5 minutes . When I called Papa Johns the lady had no idea what my order was because she had just entered her shift . She was not apologetic or try to help the situation . The order was cancelled and the delivery man later came to the front of my house and confirmed if we cancelled the order . I explained to him that the time was unacceptable . To sit here and think that it took about two hours to get one large pizza and some chicken tender is...
