I had ordered through the app from this location. I received the wrong order! I know this sounds negative, but it became a great experience. I called the location extremely mad and disappointed. The woman on the phone was very calm, professional and heard me out. She apologized right away and figured out what went wrong. She went above and beyond and took my information and ensured I’d get the correct order. She handle the situation very well while dealing with customers in person. I gotta admit, I was pretty hard on her. Which wasn’t her fault at all. But she understood my frustration. It was no hard feelings at the end. I never got her name. One star is too much to give to this location Online said they close at 2am , but they closed at 1230. I was waiting on the line sonce 12:05 am When it was my turn to order at 12 30 am, the cashier said that she is closed and they dont have nothing else to served. They literally waste my entire time, this not fair for the public , i was not the only one that have to leave the place becuase , according to them, they were closed ,but at the same time the front door was open. Super terrible service.

Came here for lunch on Sunday. It was empty but also just one person making the orders from what I could see and he was doing the register. My food was prepared pretty quick, I did order online but he didn’t start my order until he finished preparing the guy’s order ahead of me.

Everything was fresh and hot, the chicken was crispy and tasted freshly made. The quality of chicken seems to be much better than the other Popeyes that’s closer to my house. Mac and cheese was a little airier and creamier than I expected/am used to. This Mac and cheese didn’t taste as ‘home style’ as what I’m used to but it was still cheesy and flavorful.
