Tacos la Morena Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I literally just ate here and i just found a roach in my food and got turned off immediately. The food was pretty good. I ordered 2 goat tacos and a cow tongue taco and right when i was finishing i saw something small crawling in my plate and noticed it was a baby roach and I instantly spit the food out. I was disgusted and then i saw another roach on the table. I took my plate to the lady at the counter and she didn’t think it was a roach but she took it to the manager and the manager said u don’t have to pay, no apologies nothing. I told the lady they should clean up in the kitchen or get an exterminator. I was going to be a repeat customer until i seen that roach in my food. Other than that the food took really long like 15 20 mins for 3 tacos, the lady gave me a free soda which was nice, but I would’ve been happier if it wasn’t a roach on my plate...

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Authentic Mexican Food! The nachos are delicious! The sopes are super delicious and they added nopales, a few potatoes and jalapeños in a little wrapped aluminum foil! I think they were grilled but it was tasty on top of my meatless sopes! The jugo de Jamaica is very delicious!!!!! I ordered horchata before with no ice and I didn’t like it as much! But over all great over the phone service to place an order for delivery! The delivery guys ROCK!!!! They bike their way to your location with a huge smile and respectful! I always leave a great TIP! I’ve ordered about 6 times so far for lunch break! I def need to visit this restaurant! Love eating authentic Mexican food reminds me of back home! Thank you all for the great service and the cooks are amazing!!!!! Y’all won’t regret eating their delicious...

After a long day of work, my friends and I decided to go to a restaurant I’ve been curious about. There were flyers of it, which was also a menu. When we entered the place, it already felt like home. When we sat down, we were welcomed. The lady at the restaurant was so kind and very nice to us. She checked up on us at least twice to see how we were doing. Plus, the food looked amazing and tasted delicious. I was given a huge plate of grilled chicken, habichuelas (beans), and fries. Also, the way they made the mango smoothie was perfect. I would go back to receive the warm service this restaurant gives....
