service is never positive here. doesn’t honor blank street regular memberships for their special drinks despite there being no price difference - also refused to give me 20% off which is also included for both food and +1 drinks they said it was only for food which just isn’t true when I buy two drinks all the time. The app literally says 20% off everything else after 1 drink off the menu every 2 hours . Paid an extra $14 when I already pay $20 a week. Also didn’t disclose specials this month are only iced , despite me requesting hot during the transaction - I wouldn’t have ordered the drink if I knew it was iced. Third time coming here and never...
