is this seriously how the service industry has become??? Went out for dinner tonight 7/29/23 in the zaxbys drive thru and ordered 2 big zax snack meals which come with zax sauce and we even made double sure of that in the drive thru. We get home which thankfully is only a 3 minute drive to see we got absolutely no sauce. Whatever, accidents happen so it wasn’t a big deal but I didn’t want to eat dry tenders so I drive back to zaxbys to get our sauces. When I arrive I was planning on going through the drive thru but I figured going inside may have been easier. Boy was I wrong. There were 2 ladies at the counter checking people out. I waited patiently in line behind the other customers until it was my turn. As I started walking up to the counter, both ladies walked away. One of which was literally still behind the counter but had her back turned to me like she didn’t want to help me. Even another customer who got her order wrong walked in and was helped before me. I had to have been waiting over 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging me. And if you don’t believe me, I know there was a camera pointed straight at me so go back and watch it. Finally I catch the attention of the team lead and by this point I’m mad I’ve waited over 5 minutes with no help just to get some stupid sauces. I let her know of the situation and she huffs and grabs the sauces and rolls her eyes. Not a sorry, not even a “you’re welcome” when I thanked her. Just a glare like I was the problem. I rarely complain unless it’s really bad service or I feel as I’ve been wronged. I feel like every employee who looked at me standing there and not helping me did wrong tonight. I could’ve honestly gotten better service at McDonald’s tonight and probably saved a few dollars too. Highly disappointed that this place continues to...
Read moreIf I could give this zero stars I sure as hell would. I waited in line for 50 MINUTES and it wasn't even that long of a line. THEN, I drive up to where you pick up your food and I ask them if they put ranch dressing in the meals like I had asked. The guy looked guilty as he said yes, so I knew he was lying because he had it written all over his face. I pull up and to no surprise: no ranch dressing. Shocker. On top of that, on one of the meals I wanted chips and they gave us half french fries and half chips. So, I go inside to get the chips my family and I are missing and I wait another 10 MINUTES FOR CHIPS! Keep in mind, there's also less than five customers on the inside. The guy who asks what I needed was stoned off his gourd because he was practically slurring, looked really tired, talked unfathomably slow, and I had to repeat what I wanted to him about 3 times. The cherry on top was when one of the workers from the back rudely yelled that the chips were ready and to apologize to the customer who needed them. The service I received is deplorable at best. Almost every worker there should be fired. I have never been angered more at a food...
Read moreThis visit was disappointing and frustrating. Chicken fingers were only room temperature. The fries weren't warm either. Squishy. Gross. Tasted like they just been sitting under a warmer getting soggy. I don't understand how a manager looks at food coming out of the kitchen and still send it out when it's so mediocre. I at least want food hot. And the app is infuriating! I check the drive-thru pickup option but they still make me pull into curbside parking & wait. Pre-ordering on the app is pointless if it takes longer to get my food then if I would have skipped the app. And then to get food that's not even hot? The same scenario happened the week prior, order thru the app for drive-thru pickup but they made me pull over in curbside and wait longer than it should have taken and still the food was lukewarm. When your main food is chicken fingers and fries, how do you not get those correct??? I even called the store because I was so frustrated and left a message and after a week, still no one has called back. The app is a mess, & they need a manager to actually manage the food in...
