The wings were popular now taste frozen I won’t go back food not same chuckers in Miami bay village by the water even the service and management not the same no customer care We got rained outside our oyester plater full of water 3 wings left on the table manager Joseph went to the table thru it out then argue with me there was only one wing I said 3 unbelievable the drinks sitting at the table getting wet the waitress kept us wait didn’t get anything off the table not taking care of the situation we we’re standing practically told us is to bad theres a policy if it rains is to bad I said you need to have a sign saying that or tell people I pulled a table inside nobody said anything one waitress put food on the table that I brought in some people left without paying they were smart then waitress came out of the kitchen brought the plate with dolphin fingers and placed it on that table still nobody doing a thing we are standing no seat dolphin fingers getting cold no seats I spoke to the manager Joseph he thru dolphin fingers out brought new ones gave us 1/2 dozen oysters 3 wings pulled table to a corner dryed it up never again goin back been coming for years the wings are Horble don’t taste same taste old the dolphin fingers taste old I still can’t believe it i need to ad my sister wanted to seat in a table that people were done instead of the one they dried it was a tall table so people left everything was taken we sat and the waitress Evary had the nerve to tell us next time you have to wait till I wipe it down no costumer service she should not even make a comment when she didn’t do a thing and let our food and drinks get wet didnt get it off the table at this point I got response to my review that the people who I mentioned are not there and that I got wrong buissnes this restaurant definitely has problems they definitely want to cover themselves by this response the people either got fired or lie about there names the gentleman that said he was Joseph called himself manager was a black man and the young short chubby dark hair young lady who was Cuban the waitress so they lie about there names people caution this buissnes...
Read moreMisty was our server tonight with our group of 5. We were recommended this place by a local and were super excited to come here. We put in drinks with her and it took over 20 minutes to get my 1 beer I ordered. We attempted to see where she was in the restaurant to cancel the drink but she was not around and didn't check in with our table until she brought the beer out. I told her I didn't want it anymore because it took so long and we just wanted to eat and leave but she was super rude and her attitude was horrible. When I told her I didn't want it because it took almost 25 minutes she proceeded to still rudely ask why in the snarkiest way and then also told me she could grab a manager but I would have to pay for it. I didn't end up asking for one from her but then later on I did go up to 2 different staff members asking to have someone come to our table but no one showed up for another 20+ minutes. Our food order was also incorrect, a manager did end up correcting our order but then a different manager had to assist us. She also auto grated us even though we were a party of 5 and they auto grat for 6 so we had to ask for that to be removed. She also called the kitchen staff "re**rded" for messing up our modified salad order after it came out incorrectly and directed the blame on them stating she rung it in the right way. She also told us that our food was coming out 3 separate times in the span of 30 minutes. The last manager that took the service charge off and corrected our bills and wrong food/ comps + was super helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to sit and wait and get horrible service. A table next to us hadn't even gotten waters and was sitting for over 30+ minutes with nothing on their table. I am appalled by this servers attitude and service. The language used was disgusting and she has a foul mouth. Read moreWe live in the area and have been coming by boat to Shuckers for years now. Not only has it been convenient for us but the views are great. Lately we have been extremely disappointed with the customer service- to the level where we have been taking our visiting family members or other guests to other restaurants on the water. We appreciate the fact that it is casual- but that doesn’t mean that the service should fall far below the wayside. There are certain hostesses and management that are consistently rude and unfriendly. They don’t seem to enjoy working there and have an unpleasant demeanor. Often times they congregate in small groups while standing around and not doing much of anything. Since we frequent Shuckers, we know each of their names, and try to avoid the ones that have this attitude. There was a time where we used to pull up by boat and a manager would even come out to greet us and ask if we would need any help- I thought it was such a nice gesture and touch! Boating is our way of relaxing after a long work week, enjoying the sun, and truly just having a great time. Shuckers used to play into that as being a happy atmosphere with a down to earth neighborhood vibe. I thank the owner as I see that you’re responsive to each of these comments and I hope you take this feedback into consideration.
