Our experience with the Brazilian Braddahs food truck was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we spotted the vibrant truck, we knew we were in for a treat.

I didn’t have high expectations since most Brazilian restaurants in America disappoint, but this was a pleasant surprise! I lived in Brazil and ate tons of home cooked meals and this place was one of the best Brazilian meals I have ever had! I asked what dish to try and the owner quickly recommended the stroganoff and I was torn because I love me some good top sirloin (picanha), but am super glad I took his suggestion because the stroganoff was very very tasty (nothing like Russian stroganoff fyi, no noodles, just tender chicken with this creamy sauce and very good black beans and rice- he said all his ingredients are actually Brazilian brands which made sense since they actually tasted authentic). I was so satisfied, especially topping it off with some cold antártica guaraná, best meal of my weeklong trip so far! I really want to go back and try other things on the menu now that I know it is so tasty!...

I recently had the pleasure of trying out a Brazilian food truck in Hawaii, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner, who works alone, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. His warm demeanor instantly made me feel at home.

The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was packed with authentic Brazilian flavors, and you could tell it was made with a lot of love and care. I highly recommend trying the feijoada – it was delicious and brought back memories of Brazil.

Despite the busy nature of running the truck solo, the owner’s dedication to providing excellent service was evident. He took the time to explain the menu and even shared a bit about the origins of each dish.
