In.cred.ible. We’ve been the last 3 Thursday’s in a row. 😂 the pizza is huge and fresh. The hours are weird (Thursday and Friday from like 2-7pm I think) but it’s SO worth it!! We’ve tried the white pizza with spinach and garlic, the pepperoni, and the impossible Hawaiian. I can’t name a favorite! Service is about as quick as you can expect from a food truck making you fresh pizza, and the owner is very kind and patient!

The pizza is HUGE! It was hanging out of the box, begging to be eaten. We sure did. The best pizza on Oahu in our opinion. Perfectly hand made in a truck that's literally on the size of the road (limited parking). If you're somewhere on the north shore, this place is worth checking out. You won't be disappointed.

This pizza truck is everything. $25 for a super extreme large pizza, that fit 3 people comfortably. Flavor is AMAZING! Owner is so friendly and has a sense of humor, which we appreciated. Many flavors and toppings to choose from. After a day of swimming, this Pizza hits the spot.

Great pizza! Stopped in after a day at Waimea Bay and it definitely hit the spot. It's a truck with limited space and no seating, so don't expect to sit there and eat.

He only has one size pizza and it starts at $25. I was expecting to get the kids two small pizzas, but only a 20" is offered. That wasn't a problem because it was good pizza. He has plates, but no utensils. It was easy to separate the slices, so no cutlery was needed.

The only problem is parking, but it's worth trying to figure out...

Impossibles is everything I want in a pizza joint. Quick service, good vibes, reasonable price and most of all, GREAT PIZZA… some of the best I’ve had in a while.

The place appears to be run by one guy, I sat and watched him doing the work of 3 with a smile on his face. “Impossible” I said to myself. Perhaps the reason for the name?? This place deserves nothing less...
