Steak Escape and Taco John's — Restaurant in Oak Park Heights

Stopped in tonight for dinner, young man taking the order appeared to be listening to the order however when the food arrived the 2 sandwiches were both wrong. So I go to the counter the young man will not even make eye contact with me so the young lady (cook) says is there a problem (With an attitude) I proceed to explain that the Philly does not have any green peppers or onions on it and i also ordered jalepenos and requested lettuce and mayo, the sandwich was literally meat and cheese on bread, so she impatiently says I'll just make it again, what did you want? I explained a Philly with jalapenos, lettuce and mayo. She proceeds to make the replacement sandwich a Philly with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Still made the sandwich incorrect so at this point our $25.00 dinner for 2 was not near what we anticipated. Poor listening leads to poor execution in turn poor customer service. I loved this place before (haven't be here in over a year) for the steak sandwiches went today it was horrible my sandwich was bland and soggy. I asked them to make it over I guess they don't realize the customer is always right. My husband and I ordered a triple cheese steak sandwich. It looked like there was no steak in the sandwiches. After opening up the roll it looked like they spread a couple tablespoons of steak on it, like a pate. Really, it didn't even look like the picture in their menu.
