I went through the drive thru and ordered food, got home, and one of the things was not what I ordered. I looked at the receipt and they put the order in wrong. I drove back there to get the right sandwich and they treated me like I was lying about it. They asked me if I was sure I ordered the right thing and maybe I thought I ordered something else and the lady asking the questions was speaking in a not very nice and flat out condescending tone. I would not have driven all the way back there if I just ordered the wrong thing for someone but this was my sandwich and I would have never in a million years ordered the thing I got. The first word on the sandwich I wanted was the same as the sandwich I got so I think they either stopped listening after the first word I said or the mic cut out after the first word so they just guessed and guessed wrong. Either way, I was not a fan of being treated like a liar. I wasn't looking for something free, I told them that I didn't want the other sandwich so they kept it. Seriously, why would I waste my time and gas to drive all the way back, tell them that I don't want the other sandwich (that I only opened and didn't even take one bite out), just to get a different sandwich? Then they kept my receipt with a $1 off coupon on it. This isn't the first time they've gotten things wrong there. I haven't gone there and had everything right ever. I don't order complicated things or with special instructions either. I don't think I'll ever be returning to this store again. Read moreWhen we arrived, staff was in the back joking and laughing. We looked for a bell to ring to no avail. The manager and a staff person came out, discussing the schedule for the weekend. After we’d been there perhaps 5 minutes, the manager took our order, and in a few minutes, delivered what looked like our two meals to a man sitting alone. I’m sure he was pleased with his meals, as he appeared to be looking at the receipt to figure out what he paid for and what he got.
Three other customers came in. After perhaps 3 minutes, one of them called out to the staff for service. Another 10 minutes passed and other customers came in. I had to stand in line to check on our order. The manager who took our order told the counter person that he had already delivered our order. We protested that we had not yet received our meals.
The counter person took our order again, of course behind the several customers who’d come in after us. As other customers came in, the general conversation among the people waiting to order was that the staff was ignoring them.
Another staff person delivered our order and the food was very good. They’d even added some French fries, which we didn’t order.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the service, not only with our service, but service for the other customers as well. The manager needs to understand, and to train the staff, that customers are their number one priority. Joking around and talking about scheduling while unserved customers are waiting is out of place.

Read moreHi there me and my 2 friends went to oakdale Hardy’s on august 22nd of 2023 and had a minor technical issue money wise and we fixed it immediately they continued to ignore us and walk away after telling them we fixed it and it took 5 minutes for them to help us again we were inside. I understand how short staffing could have played apart but leaving customers that were waiting already that they had started helping is not something you do when working especially with customer service I worked restaurants for several years and have been to lots of places never have I felt this uncomfortable or miss treated when getting food they continued to ignore us and be rude including the manager working at that time it was early afternoon we were trying to be pleasant patient there was only one person behind us and they clearly didn’t train there employees correctly. Along with these he continued to treat the next customer with more respect I think it was the age difference we are teens and the customer was early 50s. He glared us down the whole time and when they gave it to us it was eating for there we had asked for it to be to go we kindly asked him to fix it and he wasn’t happy. We didn’t gain an attitude and apologized for the miss communication, the original employee helping us had been our age and he did his best but the manager confused him us and everyone else.
