The cost of regular-priced game play is not listed anywhere on their corporate or location website. Raving reviews from their website states that the cost is about $10 per half hour and $20 per hour.
I tried to call the local location to clarify pricing since actual costs seemed to be VERY ambiguous and void on their website. Their automated phone system when you dial the "local number" is a nightmare. You basically have to listen to commercials about Parties, Pizza and Location Hours before you get to hear about the prompt on how to actually get to speak to a real person. I was expecting to get transferred to a live person since I DID dial a location specific phone number, but. Ready for this? You then have to WRITE DOWN a different "secret unlisted phone" number to get through to the actual location. Since I didn't have a pen and paper ready, I had to go through the entire process again.
When I called the "secret number", you then had to basically listen to the commercials again. When I finally got a live person on the phone, I asked about the cost for Timed Play Passes since corporate and location website did not reveal actual pricing. Expecting to hear something remotely close to the pricing in the promoted reviews on their website, I was shocked to hear that it was $14.99 for 30 minutes (not $10) and $24.99 (not $20) for an hour. I asked about the discrepancy and was told this was NEW pricing for the Summer.
Needless to say, we went to a competitor where I know the pricing in advance and spend much less for the same amount of...

Read moreMe and my friends went for a nostalgia trip to see the place again one last time at least before the place gets remodeled. None of us had been there since we were children, which was a LONG time ago. The staff were all laid back, the pizza was actually fresh and pretty good and despite the age of the place, it looked to be holding up pretty darn well and it looked really clean to boot. They even still had the Chuck E Studio C animatronic! Which is SO much better than that stupid 2.0 dance floor update that completely gets rid of the brands identity and charm. (Though I have always wished they would put in a Rocker stage, or a 2 Stage or a 3 Stage so we could have more than just Chuck) I only really have 2 complaints. One, that there weren't as many games as I remember there being when I was a kid. And two, that one of the workers manning the prize corner either didn't care what was asked for, or she didn't know the characters of the place she worked at. Because my friend asked for a Helen Henny toy twice, and both times received a Jasper one. All in all, provided that the animatronic is still there, I would...
