Food: bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich - way too much egg (2x too much) for amount of bacon (also need more bacon either way); needed less egg or more bacon (more bacon preferred).
Experience Summary (19Jun2019 @ 1015am): Greeted by a girl in teal pants and braided hair with a total RBF (look up what that means). RBF took my takeout order and while I was paying on their tablet, she proceeded to bicker loudly with a lady in the back saying "I don't have a problem with you" over and over, and continued her bickering (with customers present no doubt!). She hadn't returned to tell me when my order (or even a thank you) would be ready for about a minute after finishing tablet payment so I walked out as she was still bickering. Returning 5 minutes later, the RBF was still present (should be fired) but no bickering (was disappointed cuz I thought this was standard entertainment with restaurant name). RBF asked cook when my order would be ready and it was apparent they hadn't even started. Approx. 15 minutes later I got my order with a non sincere "sorry" (not sure what RBF was apologizing for; prob just says this to everyone), and took out my order.
Overall if you like to be greeted by a total RBF young girl, like some bickering entertainment, and poor food ratio, go here. Bickering IS quite funny, just didn't realize that's the reason for restaurant name since it's my first...
Read moreMy family and I were staying at the Marriott nearby, and the front desk recommended this place for breakfast, so the six of us walked over for a morning meal. Initially, we were excited by the menu. They refused to make my daughter regular french toast (the make it with orange custard), they didn’t have milk for my two little ones, but I was excited about the feta/tomato/asparagus scramble. When I ordered, I told the server I’d like the eggs cooked thoroughly. I noticed her attitude then. She wasn’t friendly. During the long wait for food, my coffee went unfilled. She never checked on us. When the food came out, the eggs were totally undercooked. Only the surface of the egg was firm. The inside was wet and disgusting. When I asked her if I could have it cooked more thoroughly, she responded, “What, do you want it burnt?” I said, “No, I just don’t want it raw.” I felt attacked. My partner said the eggs in her sandwich were undercooked too. My kids hated their food. The server was irritable and passive-aggressive through the whole meal, and all of us felt unwelcome, like we had bothered them by simply coming in to eat. When we were finished, the bill was $65. $65 for an egg sandwich, two plates of lightly-heated raw egg, a bagel and a PB&H. Do not go here, not unless they hire new wait staff and improve...
Read moreAbsolutely disappointed! After reading the reviews Saturday evening while trying to find a place for Sunday brunch with my father in law and husband we can across this gem! The reviews are amazing! Sadly for us we probably will never know! When we walked in the gal told us to sit anywhere, so I went to look outside as she told me ‘but not out there’ ok cool so I chose the only empty spot that would accommodate us three, so we sat down as she said ‘but not there either’… so frustrated I kinda shrugged and looked around as she walked away with attitude then came back and said so snotty ‘it was reserved but I guess that tables leaving so we’ll sit the party over there’ ok whatever I get attitudes and waits due to under staffing (my husband works for a large chain restaurant so I totally get it) they had 4 waitresses on and still took about 7 minutes to even get a drink order… the OJ was warm so my husband started looking around and noticed eggs piled up on the counter, sour cream left out, ac wasn’t working, no ice machine and so on (mayb things are getting fixed Monday) at that point he wasn’t comfortable eating there so I left the OJ money and we walked out… I’m super sad cause the reviews and menu look amazing but the complaints on service is pretty apparent that it...
