The only good thing was the chicken was fresh, but that's the only good thing out of that visit. The sides to start, containers look as if they have gotten smaller, not filled all the way, mashed potatoes had maybe 1 scoop of gravy on top, no more gravy past top, red beans and rice wasn't filled and was 80% rice. Not even enough beans to get all rice with gravy, had white rice still after mixing, the biscuits were hard, and ordered a 16 pc family meal spicy, well not a 1 piece of spicy chicken was there, all mild. I live in vinton Louisiana so by the time we noticed it they were already closed so nothing we could do about it. Was really disappointed also because no cajun rice!! How can you say Louisiana fried chicken but no dirty rice?? Didn't really want to stop there but on that night power was out due to a thunderstorm so options were very limited. Hope to never go back again and will be calling for a refund. They couldn't even remember bbq sauce I requested and was only about 3 min after paying we got the food, but we sat in line for 15 min for sure waiting on chicken to be cooked before making it to the pay window. Just a very bad experience that night.
