Juicy Burger & Wings Orlando (HALAL) Smash Burger (Orlando) — Restaurant in Orlando

This restaurant’s practices are completely unacceptable and deserve to be reported to the Florida Department of Health immediately for two glaring reasons:

1. They charge outrageously inflated prices—almost three times the reasonable amount.

2. The food quality is shockingly terrible.

I paid $16 for a Smash Burger and $14 for a Zinger Burger, and what I got was a disgrace. The burger bun was disgustingly sweet—not even close to a proper bun, worse than a cheap Walmart bun. The Zinger’s patty was thin, cheap, and clearly a low-quality frozen product. To make matters worse, the same oil used to fry eggs was used here, leaving both burgers with an unpleasant egg taste.

I ordered specifically because they claim to serve halal food, but this is a blatant insult to customers who expect honesty and quality. This place is cheating customers. I order here beacuse they offer halal food but they are actually HALAL the customer, not food.

I am furious and will be reporting this place to the Florida Department of Health without hesitation.

If you cared even a little about honesty, you’d compare your prices with those of legitimate, quality restaurants instead of exploiting customers with outrageous markups.

What you’re doing by showing pictures of food that bear no resemblance to what you actually serve is blatant deception. This is fraud, plain and simple. I am filing formal complaints with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). Make no mistake, I will take all necessary steps to hold you accountable.

And your dismissive comment that “Good quality food is expensive” is an insult to every customer who expects basic decency, not to mention a disgrace. Serving quality food isn’t a favor or a luxury — it’s a non-negotiable requirement. Your meals are embarrassingly substandard, and it’s clear you’re trying to cover it up with paid five-star reviews. Stop deceiving your customers.

I expect you to seriously reconsider how you operate and stop disrespecting those...

Must try this place for amazing, delicious, flavorful and the best, HALAL, burgers! We tried the prime burger(another level of a McDonald’s burger), Diablo( spicy and delicious-won’t regret ordering this), the chicken wing man burger( also delicious as compared to other chicken burgers in town), and wings ( teriyaki and buffalo), we definitely loved the buffalo more but both were good. And for dessert- do order their chocolate cake( moist and delicious- right balance of sugar). Also, the burgers we ordered were light- not heavy on the stomach. Hope you have an amazing experience like we did when deciding to have a movie night...

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The burger looked nothing like the pictures—and honestly, I’m starting to believe those photos aren’t even from this restaurant. When I opened my plate, the smell was so foul it was like something had rotted.

I tried contacting the manager multiple times. They claimed they would issue a refund, but it never happened. At this point, I’m just tired of the runaround.
