"WineNot" is an amazing enviroment. Upscale yet relaxed. I feel very privileged to have such an establishment in Ormond Beach. Have not enjoyed any bottle less than the next. Service is spot on. Attentative and knowledgeable on the amazing selection available. This was my first time in and I can’t say I was impressed. There was two other people sitting at the bar and the place was empty. Tasted two wines and then took quite sometime for bartender to come back over for me to order a glass. Flatbread was tasty but took 20 plus minutes to get it. Beautiful atmosphere and great selection of wine! Good place for a date night. They have a good food selection as well, with lots of different flatbreads, paninis, and charcuterie boards to choose from. The manager, Jack, is wonderful. Another manager (Janet, I believe) gave us personalized recommendations for bottles of wine to order based on our preferences. Will definitely come...
