The "manager" Aaron really needs to take a customer service class and learn some people skills. My family and I were treated so rudely by him. We had apparently interrupted something Aaron would have rather been doing when we stopped in for a bite to eat and he let us know it with his extremely off putting attitude. We tried to lighten the mood and joke with him and that made it worse. He didn't listen to how we wanted our subs made and tried to rush us through the whole process even though we were the only people in there. Not sure why anyone would want someone like this managing their business. Not only were we treated poorly, but he hadn't made any bread so our only choice was white bread and there were no cookies out, so we skipped getting a meal. I was tempted to just walk out but my kids were hungry and I didn't want to make a scene in front of them. Too bad the service was so awful as I live down the street from this place and I'd be inclined to stop in more often if the service were better. Not only was he rude he was unenthusiastic, we walked in and said hi to have him look us in the eye and not respond. Then when he was making our food when we asked for Multiple kinds of veggies. To that his response was “next time you should just say everything” in a snotty tone. When we left one of my friends sandwiches (which was toasted) was already cold, no napkins, no fork for the salad, and unstickered wraps on the sandwhiches. Read moreI came in to this location with a coupon for 12.99 for two foot longs. The coupon was valid and it only excluded a cheesy garlic sand which. I had ordered two foot long subs and non of them were cheesy garlic. I went to go pay and the male employee Danny JR was trying to put in the coupon and told me that it didn’t go through because the coupon only saves me 18 cents. He told me that I need to get something for expensive for the coupon to be valid. It did not say anywhere on the coupon that I needed to get a for expensive meal to save 18 cents. I’m the end Danny was very polite and helpful but the assistant manager was very very rude and was vocal about how mad she was at me. I did not appreciate that at all.
