Boiling Boys — Restaurant in Palisades Park

I was underwhelmed with the restaurant experience. There was a miscommunication with the waitress and our order was misunderstood. There was a lack of accountability from the waitress' end that didn't make me feel comfortable as a customer to try to have it fixed. We asked for 2 boils, same exact order, just 1 boil being 1 sauce, and another boil being a difference sauce. Instead we were served a boil that was missing shrimp, and we mentioned that and instead of accommodating or apologizing and trying to make it right, the waitress made it a point to make it known to us that she usually doesn't make mistakes, and she repeated our order back to us and we never told her that we wanted shrimp? But from my order i made it clear we wanted 2 of the same boils, 2lbs crab & 2lbs shrimp, just having 2 different sauces. Once, we received our boils, i was served a crab cluster where 3 of the 5/6 crab legs were completely empty & had absolutely no meat inside. If my experience with the waitress was positive and more accommodating i would have mentioned this but i had no intention on staying in the restaurant longer than needed to be. i was underwhelmed, i wanted to pay my bill, and i wanted to leave. If you wake up on a Saturday morning and get that craving for a seafood boil, please do not come here because you will spend money on a meal you are not guaranteed to be satisfied with and that is not acceptable for an establishment where you will be spending $50 a...

This place is new and the food is great. Atmosphere is awesome for a seafood place. Giant screen for sports. It is equipped with a full bar.

If you going as a group of 3 or 4.. you should definitely get the combo A. The portion is great. And it comes with some many different sides such as fried pickles, chicken fingers, noodles, oysters(it looks so good but had to return it ... I don't eat this) garlic bread etc.... you won't be disappointed.. I got the famous sauce and level 2 spice which was perfect. I have a great tolerance for spicy food but this was perfect kick.

The only thing I would say is that there was not enough sauce. I like my stuff submerged. Unable to finish the dish.. had to get it to go and extra sauce was $4.

Now let's talk about the service... Took them 15 min to come take our order and I can see they were busy... after that, everything was smooth. Definitely a great service.

Location: this place is located somewhere that looks like and abandoned industrial are.. you will be lost because there's no sign currently. When you get to the parking lot make a left right after the stairs and drive around. Plenty of parking space.

The MEN Bathroom was clean 👌🏾.

If this place wasn't 40 min away from me, I would probably visit at least 4-5 times per year. The experience was worth the drive.

My parents, my brother and I came here for a fun dinner and we were not disappointed! The place is very spacious and alive and creates an inviting vibe. Great staff!

-Food: they have a wide variety of options to choose from! My family and I ordered Platter A which came with so much food. The platter was also customizable to spice level etc which was great for my mother and I who have low spice tolerances. The food was just filled with flavor. My favorite would be the “K-Chicken” which came with this beautiful almost sweet sauce with fresh, crisp, vegetable salad on top. It was so good! The Seafood boil was immaculate. The Lobster was so juicy and flavorful, the crab legs were full of meat, the sausages were so yummy, the oysters were thoroughly enjoyed by my parents, and the shrimp was mouth watering and all seasoned to perfection.

-Drinks; The place offers a wide variety of drinks ranging from classics to as new. I had a virgin blueberry Pina Colata which was so refreshing and sweet, I loved it.

-Price; The place gives you so much food for a fair price. Our meal came to about 150 dollars not including drinks.

-Time; We didn’t have to wait to get a table, our drinks and food came out quickly.
