Dub's Custard & Coffee — Restaurant in Paoli

This was my second time visiting. Both times, the employees were neither friendly nor engaging. They just stare at you until you order. I asked for recommendations since I wasn't familiar with the menu, and they had no suggestions. I wasn't impressed with the smoothie or the snow cone. I would like to try their specialty coffee drinks though so I will eventually give it another shot. I gave the atmosphere a 5 because it is very clean and welcoming with ice cold air conditioning and plush couches throughout. The lighting enhances the feel of a relaxing atmosphere. The location is very convenient but minamal parking. I believe this place has a lot of potential and could do very well if they shift some of the focus on hiring outgoing, friendly people who aren't afraid to talk to the guests and are knowledgeable about what they're serving. Ordered two caramel macchiato coffees, and 4 donuts. Walked out with nothing. Instead of working on my order the woman making coffee. Choose to come to the register to figure out how to pull up past orders and complain about there being no training in the place.
