My sister got off a 12 hour shift from a restaurant job as a manager placed an online order with subways for two sandwiches, a foot-long and a 6 inch long. I picked it up because it was right by my house and drove to her apartment 15 minutes away ish I checked the cookies as I was pulling out because that’s the most commonly missed thing and they were in there, Yeah great! Once we got into the sandwiches back at the apartment both sandwiches have been completely messed up even though the receipt showed correctly the order they switch the condiments, the cheese, the type of bread on both sandwiches without the correct sizes We tried to call the store back immediately to get it resolved because they are 24 hours however, the line immediately goes to disconnected line when you call from the Google and Apple Maps number So we were unable to get the sandwiches fixed that night and even didn’t eat them because one was supposed to have mayonnaise and one mustard and it was switched and both of us just don’t prefer the other condiment. The next day we called again the line is disconnected, but every once in a while, if you call the line CONTINUOUSLY, it will go through. Wanted to speak with a manager, they never introduced themselves NOT EVEN A NAME. We had to ask for their name in the conversation with them to go over the issue, they literally say “ Not again” IN A Annoying tone, implying this might happen often and Wanted us to come pick up fresh sandwiches we do not want fresh sandwiches as this was the day after and my sister doesn’t live with us (I really would’ve drove back that night the 15 minutes to get the fresh sandwiches because it was a 24 hour store but again the line never got connected). They offer a gift card but we wanted a refund because we just didn’t feel like going back to see if they mess up our sandwiches again had to speak to a corporate manager who answers the phone with just Hello and never introduces herself With her name or occupation, you have to drag it out of them. We talked about everything that had happened even to see if they would fix the disconnected line issue, the refund that she said would happen Never got the refund, at this point we don’t even care for the refund but when I called back back just to let them know we didn’t get the refund again line go straight to being disconnected if you continue to call every every once in a while you get to go through, it as if somebody unplug and plug the phone back in when they want to talk an employee answered and I asked to speak with the manager doesn’t put me on hold or anything so I can hear the chitchatting in the back he comes back and says she’s busy because again I never got contacted the first time so was not getting off the line until I talked to them so I waited until she wasn’t busy which was legit just two minutes, so not that busy She just answers the phone. I have to ask for her name and if she is the manager again just something you expect from management, gave them the issue her response was just text me and I’ll fix it but didn’t give me her number Until I asked for it I don’t care about the refund at this point it’s just the lack of communication and this phone issue. If you call they might not be connected I guess . I also submitted a complaint with corporate website when this first happened and I’ve never heard back from corporate subways either so it might just be a subways...
Read moreWent in last night to place an order. The girl taking the order last night was rude and acted as we where a bother. I asked her if she could toast the sandwich before putting the vegetables she told me no. I told her they have done it before . She rolled her eyes and I asked why do u have to roll your eyes it’s a question. Someone needs to teach her customer service obviously she missed the training of Make It What You Want At Subway®! She then tells me this is what the sandwich comes with I never have an issue paying for what I want on the sandwich. If she doesn’t like her job she needs to find another one. No one deserves her attitude when trying to order a simple meal and go home. I always leave a tip but this time I didn’t. The gentleman besides her last night showed positive attitude even telling customers that place their online orders don’t forget your chips and drinks while making an order of about four sandwiches for another customer. He took care of his customers and she couldn’t handle putting the bread in the toaster! She proceeded with her attitude and ask how are you paying I paid she slid and left the bag there and walked off. Didn’t say anything else worst service ever. You will be loosing...
Read moreVery poor sevice. Supposed to be 24/7. Well, i stopped at around 2 AM. The door was unlocked. My girl and i knew what we wanted, a couple of toasted subs. So, we tell the guy our order and he then informs us that he was just about to start cleaning the toaster oven, thats right "about" to start cleaning and that it would be about a half an hour before he could help us out as we were the only customers in the store. Anyway, ive worked my entire life in the servive industry and to me, this was just unacceptable. Realizing very quickly we were not going to be having toasted subs anytime soon. I chose not to argue with the not so gentleman and my girlfriend and i took our business across the street to the Waffle House. It wasn't what our tastebuds were craving but they took our order with a smile, had it ready in a matter of minutes, and we were on our way home in no time at all. Thanks Waffle House. People, if you're that unhappy with the place you work, or if you're just that unhappy with yourself, only you, the man in the mirror can change it, or seek mental health if thats the situation, but don't take it out on the world. We dont deserve it....
