LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!! I placed an online order for two frosty’s. Once I get up to the window they tell me that they’re not able to make them because they’re “out”. I tell them that’s fine and ask them to cancel the order. The worker then tells me that they’re not able to cancel orders and I need to do it on my end. I then try to go in the app to cancel and it says they have already processed and completed my order!! I tell her that, and that I need a refund and she can’t do it!! She just kept shrugging her shoulders!!! I asked if there was a manager or anyone I can talk to and she said no still shrugging her shoulders. I asked repeatedly that I was just supposed to leave with nothing and no refund to which she responded with no words and more shoulder shrugging!!!!! At this point I’m beyond frustrated. I asked when a manager would be in and if I could leave my number to resolve this. She handed my pen and paper and said the manager would be in next morning. Of course I received nothing from them!!! I contacted corporate but because this location is franchised they can’t process a refund and it needs to come directly from the store, of course!!! They said that the store manager would be reaching out to me “in their own time frame” and I haven’t heard anything from them. I have NEVER experienced such poor service, incompetence, and sheer stupidity in my life!!!!

When I walked up to the counter to place my order, I saw one male employee leaning up against the counter, facing towards the drive-thru window where there was one employee working the window, there was one female employee cooking, and the male employee leaning on the counter. He looked up at me as I approached the counter nodded as if acknowledging my presence. I waited, expecting him to maybe take my order. He never said a single word to me, turned back towards the drive-thru area, and stood there for about two minutes. He finally turned and walked right in front of me while I was still standing at the counter and out into the dining area, never even speaking to me. I understand if he was not able or authorized to work the register, but he could at least have acknowledged my presence by saying something such as “someone will be with you in a minute”, and I would have shown a little more patience, but he did not!!! I stood there another couple of minutes or so WITHOUT ANY contact from anyone! After being TOTALLY shunned, I left. Trust me when I say, I will NEVER spend a single penny at that Wendy’s (N. Read moreI bring my daughter lunch every Friday to school. For the month of December, she requested Wendy's. I pulled into Wendy's like I had done every Friday in December and ordered her meal. I pull up to the window, reach in my purse to grab my wallet and to my despair, it was not there. I had shopped online that morning and had grabbed my wallet out of my purse to take to my office where my computer was. I did not realize until that moment that I had not put my wallet back in my purse. My daughter's lunch time was a mere 15 minutes away and I had no time to go back to my house and get my wallet. Your employee Angel must have seen the horror on my face and how upset I was to not have anything for her lunch at school. He was so kind and patient with me. He told me to go ahead and take the food and that after I ate with my daughter at school I could bring the money back. Thank you for hiring employees like Angel who are so kind and understanding.
