Dieci Pizza isn't just a pizza place; it's a community hub that radiates warmth and creates a truly personal experience for its customers. My recent visits, both on busy weekends and quieter weekday mornings, have consistently highlighted this exceptional atmosphere. The feeling is less like a commercial transaction and more like a homecoming. This welcoming ambiance is largely due to the incredible team, and one individual in particular stands out: Veeda. Though I only recently learned her name, Veeda's kindness has been a constant presence during my visits. She consistently goes above and beyond to make my family feel valued and special. Even on a recent crowded day, when she couldn't directly assist us due to the long line, her wave and smile demonstrated a genuine care that transcends mere service. That same day, a minor issue arose with our order. When I sought assistance, it was Veeda who stepped in, even without a manager present. Her response, "Hey! I missed you all. We don’t have a manager on duty, but I can help you with whatever you need, friend," was profoundly touching. This exemplifies the empathetic, genuine care that makes Dieci Pizza truly exceptional. Veeda embodies the ideal of exceptional customer service. Her ability to maintain a cheerful disposition amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy establishment is inspiring. She’s a testament to the enduring power of kindness in our fast-paced world. In conclusion, Dieci Pizza is far more than just a place to enjoy delicious pizza; it’s a welcoming community where customers are treated like family. The exceptional service and genuine kindness of individuals like Veeda are what truly set it apart, making every visit a comforting and memorable experience. I eagerly anticipate my next visit, hoping to be greeted once again by Veeda's...
Read moreIt’s unfortunate to write this review because it was our first time to Dieci , and we were so looking forward to some good pizza, but my wife and I both got ill after eating a sausage, pepperoni and onion pizza.
Since we heard about their real Italian (hot) 1000 degree oven, we thought it would be (Neopolitan) a step up from local pizza places, which use rotary belts.
Unbelievably, after our pizza arrived it was the soggiest, limp, no crisp, pizza ever. Flavor was decent but greasy. (Look to previous reviews where they said the pizza was raw.)
We both ate two slices, took the rest home, and on our 30 minute ride home to Pace threw the rest out on the way home after experiencing indigestion. Two days later we were both still experiencing indigestion, constipation and diarrhea from the raw dough crust. I talked to the pizza guy while he was making it and he said “you’re in for a real treat”. For $ 33.00 for a pizza ( medium sized) and one unsweetened ice tea and a tip… we got a...
Read moreWe went there to eat after the place was highly recommended by a Pensacola resident, and we were highly disappointed. The pizza was okay, but it wasn’t anything special and was super “floppy” and difficult to pick up and eat. We went there to eat on Sunday evening, October 13th and were seated in the back room. Two fellows came in drunk and started talking to a couple across the room from them at another table. F-bombs were dropped constantly and the room was loudly taken over by the four. One couple asked them politely to calm down and were met with terrible disrespect. These clowns were so loud that people in the other dining room started staring as well. The manager was called and she appeared for a moment, but she did nothing. It was sad and ridiculous. The food is expensive for what it is, too. It was a bad...
