Arby's — Restaurant in Peoria

Note: I partook in patronizing this establishment at 10:10 P.M., this may have affected service. This joint has a comfortable layout for dining in. The menu is formatted well making it easy to decipher and pick your food. They serve curly fries automatically which I consider a plus. I was disappointed however, with the sanitary standards of one of the employees, hand washing was needed and not used. The only other issue I experienced was with respect to my Reuben Sandwich. I really enjoy a good Reuben! The varied ingredients mixing about on the palate creates quite an exquisite symphony of flavor. What I received was a mildly warm pile of meat topped with sauerkraut, thousand island and cheese, which was not melted. The tepid pile was sandwiched between two slices of rye which were soft and soggy. No attention had been offered to ensuring all the ingredients were heated properly nor was the rye toasted. Perhaps Arby's simply does not toast the rye. Again, I visited the establishment 50 minutes before their 11:00 P.M. close time, this may have had an adverse affect. This is the worst Arby’s location I’ve ever been too in my life , I waited 30 min for my food in the drive thru, the lady was rude and and my order was wrong and had to take it inside and I told the guy working at the counter and he said nothing back and made me wait till he was done talking about a smoke break to his fellow worker in the kitchen , then he handed me the fries and didnt say sorry or anything just threw the fries at me, then got back out to my vehicle and realized they only put a tiny bit of cheese in the cup enough for one fry, someone from Arby’s headquarters needs to go to this location and analyze how they are operating this Arby’s it’s absolutely horrible, I never leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and they need to send someone there to fix this because it’s going to end up giving them a bad name…..I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE AND...

Went there because I really was hungry for it and the service was horrible! The guy on the speaker was SO rude its not even funny!!!! He almost talked to you like you were an inconvenience and why are you even ordering I don't Want to do anything! Well then the guy at the window handing out was SO nice I think he was making up for his partners bad attitude and how he treated people. I think it was thw manager to that was on the intercom! It was really unsettling and super uncomfortable! Like he was almost aggressive with it! Food was ok wasn't like usual it was not super hot except the chicken because we waited on that so everything else must have sat in a bad and got cold and soggy...
