I tried and tried and tried with this place like I LITERALLY kept giving this place a chance but I just can't. I love to support black businesses but I can't continue to lose money here. FYI if a clam or mussel does not open once cooked that means it was dead before it was cooked and is bad. I do not care if "you paid for a dozen and I want to make sure you get it" I am not dumb I know seafood and I know that you putting it back in the water then prying it open is a disgrace. I also know that their steamers need to be designated for specific items so that they will be set to steam each item accordingly and that no one has to worry about undercooked SHRIMP,...

I just moved here this month. I was stationed in Germany for the last 28 years in the US Army Chief Warrent Officer and the Department of Defense. I stopped in yesterday (first time here)for breakfast and I was amazed at how professional, friendly and courtious the staff were. They welcomed me and made me feel like family. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The portions were very good. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Even the customers were great and welcomed me back. Prices are competitive and not over priced. Seafood fried or steamed is cooked well rarely over cooked. They give a good quantity for the price. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes on a slow day, those times can double later in the day on the weekends and when the weather is warmer. One piece of advice on weekends call in your order to avoid the line. The staffbis friendly and gets your order right 99% of the time. Don't let the location or emptiness of the store fool you.
