Good food though, very limited on choice of menu items, close to eliminating this place for maintaining a limited budget planning schedule for being on the pricier side for what they are! Not only the TOTALLY UNINFORMED personnel stationed at either the Phoenix and Arcadia locations whom could NOT explain to us of our very indepth interest and support of the Phoenix Childrens Hospital promo sponsored incentive, and especially the Arcadia locale whose crew was so much more uncaring, unconcerned and disconcerted so much so, their cleaning to close the joint was miles more imperative at hours they still needed to run operations while STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS TO GUESTS and answer the concerns of potential clients and take calls for orders prior to closing than to NOT answer our calls, concerns, package our food up, which is already made and in bins to easily draw from mind you, AND to show an interest in what it is their company does and is even involved with in the community!?! WHAA??? I called for a long enough ahead order while still open for business hours to NO COURTESY TO ANSWER PHONE at 8:30 & 8:45 both very long rings that three people working there ignored and refused to answer and proceeded to not want to let me in when I showed up PRIOR to 9PM so that I could order our food after my counterpart's long working extended hours supporting Covid-19 and Omicron variant prepubescant hospital patient cases at the same sponsoring supported hospital!?! Needless to say, we were buffaloed out of the full set of stamps on our card by only one to get a cheap, chincy bag of chips and a sparing bit of salsa when it should've been for an enchilada and cup of soup for all the business and support we AND our hospital bring to this selfishly uncaring, AVERAGE AT BEST, local food joint!!!! By the way, the Phoenixville location ladies were very much more pleasant and courteous, even though they still were not at all familiarly informed nor took any interest into the PCH promo incentive enough to help us get our stamp collection deal participation happening completed, just...
Read moreI would give zero stars to service if I could. The Camelback location is closer to where I live, but I always go out of my way (and deal with traffic) to vist the 7th St store. Every visit to the Camelback location reminds me why I steer clear of this location. The staff are out of essential items EVERYTIME I visit, no matter the day of week, early or late evening. Why do they insist on missing out on sales (at dinner time!) for items like their soup, cookies, or for not having their meat stocked? I have unfortunately left several times without purchasing because there was meat and/or soup unailvailability. Also, not getting cookies at any of my visits really sucks. To be upfront, I have NEVER been able to order all of the items I want at one visit at this location (if I stay to order). I imagine these sales add up especially when staff tell me these items have been out just a few hours before I get there and other times they tell me they run out by noon. First, I usually get the "not early enough" excuse, then they try to justify their item unavailability with some other wild excuse like they don't restock later in the day or something about deliveries. I apparently somehow always manage to show up 2-5ish hours late (depending on the day) but they always happen to be out "just a few hours" before I arrive. I am not sure if this location needs to fix their inventory/stocking issues but the other location with more store traffic doesnt have these problems (no matter the time of evening I show up). Looking at other reviewers experiences tell me that the staff seem more worried about getting out at close on the dot and minimizing their closing clean up at the expense of their sales. Honestly guys, do yourselves a favor and secret shop this location (if they still do that) and check the...

My girlfriend and I ordered Gadzooks for delivery a few nights ago. We had both soups (tortilla and corn chowder) and an order of the Enchiladas, with a "side" of sweet and spicy cornbread.
Where to start? The soups were disgusting and each one was packaged in two separate containers, so in total we had four to-go cups of soup. It was somewhere between difficult and impossible to distinguish one soup from the other. They were both lukewarm and drowned in greasy cheese. The enchiladas, meanwhile, looked worse than some frozen dinners I've pulled from the microwave. They were burnt on one side and, again, drowning in cheese. I think I managed two bites.
My personal favorite is the cornbread (please see photo). It came stuffed into a tiny container better suited to a small side of sauce. Crumbs, literally crumbs. I think my girlfriend and I had one lousy bite of cornbread each before it was gone.
We were hungry but didn't even finish our meal; it was that bad.
I'd speculate that maybe I just caught this establishment on a bad night, but our meal was garbage across the board, from the presentation to the packaging to the food itself. Just awful. I will never order from Gadzooks again, I don't know how they remain open, frankly, and I'm genuinely annoyed I shelled out $60+ for this rubbish. I could have gone to Chipotle 4, 5 times for what this dump cost and I would've actually been full, at least.
Under no circumstances should anyone visit this restaurant. There's plenty of better options (like,...
