Panda Express — Restaurant in Phoenix

Went to this particular Panda Express today since for whatever reason they're closed on Saturdays. Got there and find out both the doors are so busted you have to legit yank on them to open them. I get to the counter to order and it's very clear that both servers want nothing to do with me being there. Had to repeat a few thing on my order a couple of times for them to hear me. They basically rushed me to the payment terminal and sent me on my way. Went to get my drink and utensils and discovered paper straws and wooden forks, spoons and knives. It's a dumb change since it's already been proven that none of those things hold up like they're supposed to and are just as dangerous as other materials. The only reason I'm giving this three stars is for the food quality being exceptional as usual. From the moment I walked in the door, all while eating my food, the manager corrected her staff rudely in front of guest and made demands of them. This was not the first time I've witnessed this behavior from her either. Her name is Audy P. on her badge. This was especially concerning as the majority of the staff were POC+/foreign decent. She needs more training on how to effectively communicate with respect and to NOT do this in front of other staff or guest. Additionally, I was not allowed to retrieve what I wanted for my order. I was denied an egg roll unless I paid more as she stated it could not be used as a side entree. I have never once gone to any panda, in several states, where I couldn't retain an egg roll as one of my entrees. So I love Panda Express I can’t never get enough but if there one things that kisses me off is a manager with attitude I came to this location and ask the manager why they are the only store that are serving sweetfire chicken breast and right away she said that they had discontinued it and I said that was a lot because just last week I was eating it at another location than she tried to say that the eastern side stores have discontinued them and that only the western stores still served it and ones u agin I said that was a lie because I’ve eaten at eastern store so in other words she had an attitude because I told her that they should have something on the menu because other stores have it and she got mad seriously next time I go into a onda and they don’t have sweet fire I’m just gonna walk out and go elsewhere and take my...
