I’ve been eating here for lunch quite often and I’ve gotta say that, despite Subway’s reputation for being sort of… meh, this particular location has broken that norm and really sets the bar for what Subway ought to be.
Let’s start with the food, as this would naturally be the primary reason to walk into a Subway restaurant. The first thing you notice is that classic Subway smell. It’s a delicious smell that is unmistakably Subway and it’s the first thing that gets your appetite going. Walking up to the line to order, you see the product line.
The product in the line always looks amazing and delicious. Ripe red tomatoes, brown-free lettuce and spinach, fresh-green cucumber slices… the meats are presented very well and get the appetite going. Visually speaking, everything looks great!
And the taste and quality of the food matches the visuals in its goodness! I’ve honestly never had an issue with freshness and I’ve dined here quite often by this point. The new Subway Series menu looks promising. I’ve tried a few of the items from this new menu and it seems they are taking a step in the right direction.
Of course, this new direction is only as good as the heart and conviction of the staff running the place. Fortunately, it is my pleasure to say that the staff here are just amazing. The interactions are always friendly and welcoming and I’ve never had an issue with a sour interaction with any of them.
The cleanliness of the place is always on point. Visually, it is inviting and clean. The drink station is always clean and neat. The tables are always clean and ready for me to enjoy my meal. Even the men’s restroom is well-kept.
In short, this location seems to exceed every other Subway location for miles around in terms of quality, taste, cleanliness, friendliness, and an overall amazing customer experience. The manager of this location has really taken great pride in ensuring high customer experience and quality standards are met or exceeded.

Read moreYesterday I had the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The woman working refused to assist me in my order. I called multiple times between 11am and noon and there was no answer on the phone. When I was able to drive to the restaurant I walked in where there were 2-3 people sitting and eating and one very nice person in line in front of me. I asked the person behind the counter if she was able to make me 10 foot long sandwiches? When she said no I said ok can you make 10 sandwiches on any bread? She said no she would have to make more bread and she was the only person working. I saw that there was plenty of bread in the bread container. I then asked if she could make me 4 or 5 of the sandwiches I needed before I left for another subway shop down the street, she told me no she would not make any of the sandwiches. At that point I asked her if you had 5-10 people in line would you refuse to serve them? I called another location, this other location had one person working as well and had a line of customers, however she was able to make me 12 sandwiches for me and assist other patrons within the 25 minutes I was in the restaurant. Read moreMy husband and I went in tonight to eat and the girl who was working didn't know they now have a new kind of bread for the new rueben sandwich. She first argued with us till another employee pointed out to her that the rye bread was right behind her. Now my husband has a very expressive face and cannot hide it when he is upset about something. He did not however say a single word. Next she started to argue with him about what comes on the sandwich till the other employee once again corrected her. Then when she was topping his sandwich she started to put the wrong thing on it and my husband stopped and corrected her. Well apparently that was more than she could handle and she told my husband that he needed to "watch" his facial expressions. He said I'm just shocked that you really don't know how to do your job. She than said then you can just leave! This is the subway closest to our house we eat there all the time but this was the first time ever having to deal with this girl.
