The food was not worth the price and the portions were also very small. Overall not a good experience.

My friends and I were trying to decide on something to eat for lunch and Dickeys Barbecue Pit came up in conversation. I had never had it before and my friends wanted me to try it.

The store was clean and the employees were nice and double checked with us to make sure they were doing the order correctly.

The pricing on the items was very expensive but that tends to happen with Barbecue places so I at least expected a good meal.

We had a lot of trouble trying to close the BBQ sauce containers on the self service shelf. The thin plastic black cups would not fit with the lids without lifting the brim over on a speficic surgical way, and adding too much force would cause the entire cup to just crumple in your hand and cover it in hot BBQ sauce.

We received our food quickly and headed home quickly.

When we got back, we separated all our food out and started to eat. The quality of the meal was just very low, hence the low score.

The meat was extremely dry but the buns were damp. The macaroni felt a bit like paste in your mouth. After eating I ended up getting a terrible stomachache and had to sleep it off.

Overall not a good experience. If I do try Dickeys again, it will not be at this location.
