First off before I give my statement and honest statement I have no reason why on the employees at this location nor manipulate their careers. My Name is LaRon Brown today I visited for the Third time because I come every seldomly literally within the last 3 years this is my third time coming to this location this location this location. Today I visited and I came in peacefully because I had ordered a sandwich online and I wanted to leave peacefully. I came up to the register because I had seen an employee by the register and they had a customer that was still in line having an employee make her sandwich I ordered a sandwich online on the subway app so I came up to the register I was ignored I was not asked for my name nor the order number. Every time I come to this location I get mean more ugly looked at the synergy is just provocative , and this is every time the energy is just for me to be provocative as a so-called black man that way I can get out of my character I can lose my patience I have my receipts I paid for my sandwich and I did not receive it today . These employees made a mistake by not just asking me what was my order number and telling me whether it was ready or when it was going to be ready or did they receive the ticket after I called the police I had to find out that they did not receive the ticket supposedly but I have bank statements showing that I pay for the food and I will post my receipt online here for the district manager. I was not perfect myself let me tell you what I did I told the store manager that I feel racially discriminated against and because I was not white that I was being treated this way so I felt because I seen and observed how other so-called classified white individuals are being treated sincerely and I am being treated ugly . I'm still like I'm ugly in this restaurant instead of being feeling appreciated and Sincere regards towards. I'm not asking nor am I dictating for the store managers to lay down a guard against me or not abide by their training but I am 34 years of age and I know when I'm being treated like hell and I know racist Latinos and I know racist individuals. Again I am not lying on these employees nor do I have any reason within my soul mind or Spirit to lie for gain or benefit I love my country America I love Collin county forever all I wanted was to come in and get my sandwich and be going and leave peacefully. All of this could have been avoided if the mail Subway employee would have told me that they did not receive my order yet when I walk up to the register or told me when it was going to be made or not instead they ignored me and did not try to resolve my issues especially once I got upset they just completely ignored me. Read moreI wish i could give no stars. First off the first time I went here they only had 1 employee working and I had to wait for him to be done with online orders before he could get to me. Then they accuse paying customers of dirtying the bathroom. The owner comes in and doesn't first ask the customer who asked to speak with the supervisor what was going on but goes to his employee. After speaking with his employee he then accuses the customer as well and goes on to say "It doesn't matter if you spend $1,000.00 in here in a day if she has a problem with you then you cant come in here because she's the BOSS!" that's not even the end of it. He also says "She says you were being hostel why were you being hostel, she's a nice lady haven't had any complaints about her" it doesn't matter if you have never had a formal complaint about your employee, do you think if someone felt she was being nice they would have asked for the supervisor? No they would not. Your employee accused someone of something that was not correct nor do you have proof this person has ever done anything. Anyone being accused of things they have not done would get upset. This place is trash and needs to learn to listen to their customers. Thank they never heard of the customers always right? In this case the customer was right. I mean look at the review from 4 freaking months ago the lady was not friendly!!!!! To tell a customer if they spend any kind of money with your business it doesn't matter in a since is ridiculous! Read moreI have eaten at several different Subway locations for many years in Richardson, Dallas, Plano, and Allen. This was my first time here. AUGUST 26, 2025: Debanhi & Chris greeted me. I told them I like to build my sub sandwich a special way. No problem. I ordered through the App, and used CODE FORTY to get 40% OFF my Footlong #1 The Philly Steak & Cheese. When Debanhi received the confirmation receipt ticket she did everything perfectly. The only problem was that they were out of black olives. I love extra olives on my sub. Hopefully they order extra, and have plenty in stock for my next visit. Most Subways close at 9 PM. I really like this location being open later. Debanhi & Chris were very courteous & professional. Great customer service! I'll be back. AUG 31, 2025 UPDATE: Vicky greeted me on this rainy🌧️☔ Sunday, and took my order. I had a Footlong #1 The Philly Steak & Cheese. Even better, I had a $6.99 Coupon and used 400 MVP REWARD POINTS to receive an additional $2 off my bill. Vicky made my sub exactly as I requested, which included toasting it a 2nd time after more veggies were added. Try it sometime. You might like it. It was delicious. I ate half of it dining in here, and took the other half home to enjoy the next day. Because it was raining, business was a little slow and I had a chance to visit with Vicky about technology.
