Like others I wish I could give this place zero stars. I'm the mom of 2 busy kids and in the first time in 7 years I picked up a night shift. I thought I was being proactive by pre -ordering my pizza at 10:00 AM for 6:00 PM for my family since I would not be home. At 5:45 my s/o received a call saying " we are out of tomatoes.. do you still want your pizza?" my s/o responded "yes, but will it still be here by 6:00?" absolutely they said. 45 mins later a smug delivery driver hands him the pizza and says " you're welcome for being early." early..? EARLY? it was NEARLY AN HOUR LATE! My s/o called the store several times with NO answer. When I got home I called and they answered on the first ring. I told them everything that happened and the guy goes " oh.. I was going to call you.." it was 11:00 PM lets be honest he wasnt going to call me.. the issue happened hours before. Anyways I asked for a refund, He told me all he could do was issue store credit and If I wanted a refund I had to call back tomorrow. So I did. I called back to have a refund issued and now it has been 4 days still no refund. I have called the store 3 times and have been told every time that the person there can not help me. I am livid. I would not recommend anyone spend a dome here. They admitted my pizza sat out for 45 MINS .. this is a regular thing. there are better places in Plymouth that deserve your dollar..this place isn't...
Read moreI have lived in a dozen different locations in my life and have ordered from Pizza Hut for decades, and this is by far the worst location. They will not answer the phone ever! I’ve been having problems with them since I moved into this location six years ago. And tonight was awful. They forgot two items in my order and again they don’t answer the phone. And Pizza Hut for some reason does not have a way to let anybody know that items were missing. When you call it’s an answering service not the actual store. I called four times and the second time they said, they contacted the store and it would be to me in 15 minutes. 35 minutes went by so I called again and she had to put the order in again for me and have DoorDash deliver it. Everybody makes mistakes, I definitely do at my job. My issue is not with the mistake. It’s with what pizza has in place, or lack there of for when there is a problem or something goes wrong. Yes I’m glad I’m receiving my order two hours after I made it. but I also want a refund or a coupon for my next time. Shame on you, Pizza Hut, you should have a better system in place for when orders are wrong. If you get an order wrong through Pizza Hut, there is no correcting it. It will not happen. Read moreRating this experience is not even possible. They DO NOT deserve any stars. First off, my co-workers and I ordered a pizza. We were under the impression that an ASAP delivery literally means ASAP. Obviously not with this location. 2 hours after placing the order it still had not arrived. When we called about the order we were told it was not set to be delivered until 3 hours later. Calling to speak with a manager did not work either. We were transferred to multiple people in which none of them were helpful. After being continuously transferred from person to person and receiving NO HELP AT ALL, the delivery woman showed up and was very rude when we told her the situation. At that point she threw the pizza down on the counter and told us that she was leaving the pizza with us and if we didn't want it we could throw it in the trash. She did this in front of a guest staying in our hotel, in which that guest as well said he would never order from them if that was the type of service he would be receiving. Very rude service all around at this location. Will never consider ordering from them again. Nobody seems to know what they are doing or talking about. The employees are obviously not all on...
