GLUTEN FREE CUSTOMERS!!! READ!!! I called this location to ask if their corn tortillas were actually gluten free, sauce used to cook their meats, ya know... The thing you do with any new take out place. The individual that helped me on the phone, filled me in on what was and wasn't gluten free...very helpful, so I mentioned that I'd be in in about 30 minutes, he said he would tell the crew I was coming in. When I got there, I just mentioned I was deathly allergic to wheat, and WOW! Everyone changed gloves, they put aluminum foil on the tortilla hot press so I didn't get sick, they had just changed their fryer oil, and they knew they hadn't fried any wheat products in it, so they saved twobig bagsof tortilla chips for me! Man! I've never gotten service from a restaurant like that! Usually, your inquisitive questions are annoying and off putting to most employees of a restaurant. It was only then that one of the staff members (the one wiping her shirt with her lip), made sure to let me know that "just so you know, the small cups are for water, not the large ones."
My food arrived burnt, since they had left it on the grill and forgot about it, yet they served it to me anyway. We will not return due to poor management, burnt food, and bad staff attitudes. Whoever owns this franchise needs to completely replace...

The "Welcome to Moe's!" greeting is always a friendly start, and the ordering process is straightforward, allowing you to build your meal just how you like it with a good variety of fresh toppings. The portion sizes are decent for the price and their queso is a definite highlight.
When we visited, the overall cleanliness seemed to be a bit lacking, and there was a noticeable, foul smell when we first walked in. The bathrooms needed the most attention.
Overall, Moe's is a solid choice for a quick, customizable meal when you're craving Mexican-ish fare. It's not going to blow you away, but it will likely deliver a...
