this is a great new spot for affordable and authentic Mexican food on 28th! the owner is super friendly and deservedly proud of the great food he serves. they have a lot of authentic Mexican dishes such as pambazo and sopes that are hard to find at other spots in Portland. the owner is super accommodating to dietary restrictions and serves vegan options like soyrizo and veggies. I can't wait to come back and try everything...

Not a great location for this new food cart, but the quality is there. We had two burritos, one birria-filled which was really excellent, and the other a smothered grilled chicken.
