Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, my experience at Haku Sushi & Teriyaki wasn’t great. The service was friendly, and my order was ready on time when I arrived for pickup, which I appreciated.

However, when I got home and opened my sushi right away, I noticed it was warm. I initially assumed it was just freshly made, but sadly, about 90 minutes later, I realized I should have trusted my instincts and not eaten it.

I won’t be returning to Haku, as this experience left me questioning the quality and food safety.

FOLLOW UP: I ordered the sushi and picked it up within 15 minutes. I went directly home to eat it, which would have been about another 10-15 minutes. If the sushi can't last 30 minutes without going bad, that is the restaurant quality, not the customer. It's not a very good sign when a business points fingers at the customer for having done something...

Very cute atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. The food was hot and fresh.. I got the bento box teriyaki chicken and steak... It was delicious!! I normally don't like the salads that come with bentos but this salad was not over powering, I could taste the care put into it.... And it's just a salad!! The California rolls that come with the bento was one of the freshest sushi rolls I had in a while!! The tempura mixed plate was hot and so crispy I was very impressed!! I also loved that our server brought ice for our soda bottles without asking .. very thoughtful. I will definitely be coming back!! Looking forward to trying the...

Unfortunately I’m disappointed in this food after reading all the good reviews I had high hopes! We came in and it wasn’t busy at all we were the only ones there maybe that should have been a sign? The only good thing there was the California roll ( didn’t get a picture of it) service is quick and place looks clean I will give them that. But unfortunately me and my husband got sick about 30 minutes after we ate, my husband wasn’t a big fan of his shrimp, it was small shrimp, didn’t look like the picture he seen online. My teriyaki chicken was a little chewy.. but ok. Street parking only....
