On doordash, this place has a 4.6 star rating. There's absolutely no way this abysmal restaurant should have 3.6k+ reviews and still be above 2 stars.

Really wish I would've checked google reviews before ordering.

Ordered the "big bruce" breakfast biscuits (Fried chicken, pepper bacon, cheddar and gravy on a biscuit.) Chicken and biscuits came cold, terrible and horrifically soggy. Every item tasted like soggy flour and gravy, and was nauseatingly inedible. It would've been at the very least edible if everything was not sitting soaked in gravy for an hour. Any good restaurant packages their gravy, (or any sauce/liquid) separately from items that can get soggy. I nearly puked after my third bite and ended up going somewhere else to pay for a different meal. Waste of $30 for food that i couldn't even stomach:/ Super...

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called and asked if they could wait to make food until an Uber driver was dispatched to the order. The lady said no that the food would sit there until they came. I asked for supervisor she hung up the phone. I called back and a man with apparently no name answered the phone and asked how he could help. I addressed my concern with the lady hanging up on me and he dismissed my concern and again asked how he could help me. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I again asked for his name he refused and instead replied ‘what’s your name’. I asked for supervisor he set down the phone and a man named ‘Bruce’ picked up claiming he was the owners father and just like the previous two employees was rude and dismissive. For it being called “Portland biscuit company”, I expected very good biscuits. They were not, they were claggy and flavorless. I had no idea the gravy was sausage, it was completely bland. These were hands down the worst potatoes I have ever had, the seasoning (is it supposed to be rosemary???) was awful, on top of the fact that they were cold and seemed like they have been out a while compared to the rest of the food which only adds insult to injury as they charged 4.50 for each serving of them extra. The Only good thing was the fried chicken, it was very good in fact. It was moist and flavorful and the outside crispy and fresh. Thats what the two stars are for.
