First restaurant in Google Review that I’m giving 1 star. First time here, and definitely the last.
There were 3 of us. My husband’s pizza showed up in 20 minutes. My son and I had to sit there another 26 minutes waiting for pasta. That’s 46 minutes total for food to hit the table. At minute 42, I asked for the check because why would we be here with no food. A couple minutes later, the waitress shows up saying, “Hey your food is here, do you want to take it away or eat here, up to you.” My son was starving by then, so we decided to just eat.
The waiter had told me, “I’ll ask the owner to take this off, don’t worry.” The owner glanced at us for 2 seconds, turned away, never spoke, never apologized, never came back. When the check came? Of course, nothing was taken off. Do we want free food? No. We’re not that kind of people. What we wanted was simple respect. An apology. Anything. Instead, 2 sec glimpse and turned away.
So I asked the waitress, “Nothing off the bill? Don’t you think waiting 46 minutes deserves something?” She looked irritated and eventually brought back 25% off. Fine. For the record, we still tipped on the full price.
But here’s the bigger problem:
A table that came in at least 20 minutes after us got all their pasta dishes before ours.
When I asked an older woman (thought she was a supervisor) why food was so slow, she looked at me like I didn’t belong there and snapped, “We’re busy, we have a party.” Her tone and face basically said we weren’t welcome. When I asked how that other table got served first, she just threw, “I don’t know what to tell yah - -,” at me and walked away.
The owner doesn’t manage the kitchen. 6-7 people on pizza, one on pasta (according to the waitress), he just ignores the bottleneck. No apology, no accountability, no basic courtesy. The staff acted like we were begging for free food when we are paying customers.
This whole experience was insulting from start to finish. We’re new to the area, but one thing’s for sure—we’ll never step foot in that place again. I seriously dont know how they could run that place with this kind...

Mediocre pizza. Everything generic. Poor quality cheese just pools grease. Soaked a full napkin on a 10" pizza. Not to mention a 10" was over $15 (menu said $12+1.99) for one topping. Mac n cheese was literally ziti in cheese water... Gross. Worst part is they over charge. I noticed my bill seemed high for what we ordered. They didn't give itemized receipt. I asked for one and saw I was overcharged. Owner came over and gave bs story about 3.5% surcharge for card.... I said I got the bill before I gave card fit payment. Then he said, oh well if it was cash they would return some of it to me... Then I pointed out drinks on menu were $2 but bill said $2.85. he says it's supposed to be $2.50 (cheap b&w home printer menus). I said well 3.5% would be $2.58 then.... He just shrugged me off. The whole thing was bizarre and would have been fine had he said our menus are old. Waitress was very nice.
Notice the owners response.... Said there were inaccuracies and then proceeds to verify my story. The "accidentally printed old menu" was on every table.... I checked. Also if you're going to surcharge ppl then you should probably advertise that up front. You're a nickel and dime typical struggling owner. "I'm not going to start addressing them".... Then proceeds to start addressing them.
You can't even address how your "surcharge" didn't math.... I'm sorry I caught you in your little game but pretending I'm the bad guy is insane. I bought things off of your menu which AFTERWARDS you tell me is wrong and that I'M RESPONSIBLE for your screw up?!?!? Hahaha. Insane. Honor your mistake, advertise the actual pricing instead of encouraging cash payments so you can skimp on your taxes.... Go find any other owner that agrees with this nonsense approach and I'll show you a failing restaurant.
Imagine any other businesses where you after to a price, then after they tell you it's more and sorry..... Not, in sorry I'll honor it. Nope. I'm sorry and the surcharge also isn't accurate so you owe me more for that too....

Just disappointing. Came in on a Sunday night before the rush. The cashier gal was very nice and quoted me 20-25min on my order so I sat down in a seat by the door to wait.
I came here for “better” pizza. You know, something not on a conveyor belt? Well I should’ve stuck with PJ or LC across the street. Or better yet Real Pizza (wonderful). Anyways I wanted something a step up, baked in a piping hot deck oven and made with pride. Cheap quick pizza is easy to find and I know where I can get it so I don’t mind the price or the wait but I ended up waiting 50mins for that pizza and knots. It takes less than 10 mins to bake a NY style pizza and less than that to make it.
The pieces of the puzzle were all there, the right ovens, good dough, fresh tasting sauce, Grande mozzarella cheese. But I watched a teenager put holes in pizza dough after pizza dough as she was stretching it and had not a hint of urgency about it. Didn’t even get a new dough just kept stretching and making pizzas from it. They’re back there joking about messing things up while I stand there quietly watching.
The pizza ended up being too much sauce/cheese, and out of balance. Dough was under-stretched (no way that’s 18”…) and it was under baked with a thick gum line. It just felt sloppy. Maybe it was one of those that had a hole in it? A plain cheese should be well balanced and baked properly, but this was heavy handed and thoughtless.
Manager took 25% off when I brought up the wait time to him. It was good enough in the moment but not enough for me to spend money...
