So we ordered a pizza to be delivered to work and it did take awhile which I totally get but we notice that not only was it cold Which btw I can totally live with I kno how it tastes s when ur in the weeds and I have a microwave at work so even cold is easily fixable … and for me to send food back is rare I mean things. Have to be pretty sideways for me to do that u kno totally unacceptable So because this pizza was really dry and not much taste I called the girl I spoke to was actually quite rude she said they didn’t put any cheese on the pizza when I asked her why she said we ordered it that way which, of course we did not who ordered a pizza with no cheese anyway again I said well I’m sorry I think you’re mistaken she said no I’m not mistaken that’s how you ordered it. I’ll send you a new one and she hung up the phone on me. That was really rude. I wanted to tell her to worry about it but she hung up on me so I couldn’t. I called back to tell whoever answered the phone not to worry about sending out a second pizza, and some guy named Josh answered and he was awesome. He listened to me he didn’t hang up on me. I told him go ahead and cancel the resend it’s not necessary. I know you guys are probably busy, but he said no. We want you to be happy. We’re gonna redo it for you with cheese of course no extra cost it’ll be right out which it was nice and hot Steve the delivery guy was awesome so the five stars for Service is for Josh and Stephen. Specifically whoever that girl is an answer the phone she needs to work on her manners. The food was perfect the second time around . 0 stars. We had the worst experience tonight. We ordered pizza, wings, and a salad tonight at 7:44. At 8:06 the website told us our food was on the way and it'd be 1-7 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I gave them a call to see what happened. Maybe the driver got lost? The guy who answered the phone said they had to remake something but that they'd be heading out soon. No worries at all. Then, the food didn't arrive until 9:15. Everything was completely cold. The pizza was cardboard, crunchy, and cold. The wings hardly had sauce. We ordered 4 ranches and got 2. I called the store, (waiting over 4 minutes for anyone to pick up) and as I started talking to the employee to explain what happened he cut me off immediately saying that its been a busy night, he has 21 orders, and he can give a refund or remake it. I said "wow you cut me off mid sentence, that was kind of rude.. yes, a refund would be good" to which he replied "like I said I have 21 orders. The refund will show on your card within an hour" and then hung up. I'm assuming he had our phone number in our system and knew who to refund since he didn't even ask my name or anything. I called back to get his name which is Steven.

Read moreI ordered 2 med pizzas, an 8 piece wings, 16 piece wings, and three 2 liters of soda. With the tip it was $79. An insane amount for delivery pizza. But we are a family of 6 who were hungry and tired from traveling all day.when the pizza came it was cold. The wings were literally smaller then my pinky finger. No meat on the bones. I called the store and asked if they could at least replace the smallest ones. About 6 to 8. He said no. I asked him if there was anything he could do about the situation and he said no. I told him about having 4 hungry kids and this was a pricey meal. He said "IDK what to tell you. There's nothing to do. Don't get the wings next time." I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked for the store number and he gave me a different one from what was on the receipt. I asked the difference and he laughed at me and said, "if it's online why are you asking me?" I finally told him I was going to contact corporate because he is very unprofessional. He laughed again and said "Go ahead!" (Not one time did i raise my voice, be rude, or get out of character.) If this is the customer service that Domino's provides/offers, I don't know how they are even in business. What a true disappointment. We brought our family of 6 to Prescott for a family trip. I sure hope we don't run into anymore "Assistant managers" like this guy. And I'll steer very clear of Domino's pizza moving forward. I promise...
