Wow. We are staying in a home on Deal Island for vacation & so happy previous Google reviewers steered us toward this place (thank you!). We all got different combos and sides and there wasn’t anything we didn’t thoroughly enjoy! Kicking myself for turning down the rice pudding for dessert! (Though not sure we’d have room.. but might go back for lunch and rice pudding tomorrow!) Easy call-to-order, seamless pickup with very pleasant gentleman and woman at the windows, & 10/10 food.. & plenty of it! Pic attached of my combo #1 with sides of hush puppies & beets! Will include on our VRBO review as well! Wouldn’t want anyone to miss this place! Edited to update: went back for lunch and got the rice pudding (with the cinnamon). Let’s just say we won’t skip it next time! So good.

I live nearby and have always wanted to try there Jumbo Lump Crab cakes so last night I ordered the 2 crab cake Jumbo Lump with hush puppies and bay fries and cream of crab. My wife and I were truly let down and disappointed when we tried the crab cakes they were full of filler and had only a couple pieces of meat and it was not lumped the menu states "our premium crab cakes beach to bay makes one of the best!" This is not true I have had more meat in the ones from Caesars Pizza across the highway, wish I could get my money back for the let down they gave us I can only imagine how the regular crab cakes look oh and they don't give you the option to broil as I would have.

Local, fresh, and delicious seafood! Maryland Soft Shell Crab, perfectly seasoned and fried. Add tomato, lettuce, bacon, and their house tartar to make this sandwich melt with every bite. Sides: Their fries are so crispy! I'm picky about cole slaw and this is some of the best I've had. The macaroni and potato salad are both great if you get to them while they are cold. Clam strips, crab cakes, flounder filets... Everything I've ordered has been just right. You won't be disappointed!

This place... Ugh! Cole slaw has nothing but celery seed in it! Don't even ask about the crab cakes, but I'll say it... there's no crab in them, just bread. They done even use the most wonderful seasoning in the country - OLD BAY. The owner tells me that "no crab house in Maryland uses OLD BAY.". And I say bull**!! If I wanted to steam my crabs with pure rock salt, I would, but I don't. Couldn't find any OLD BAY one day, and had to go to this place for seasoning. " this is 1000x better and you'll like it so much more than that other stuff.". I had to take it home and sift the rock salt out of it before I could use it! I can watch food network shows and see places in California, Texas and everywhere else in the country using nothing but OLD BAY! So what I'm trying to say is, don't bother with this place. The food is SO...

On our way to Chincoteague today and after about an hour of driving, we decided to stop for lunch. I looked on Google maps for what was nearby and not too far off the road and Beach to Bay Seafood came up. Decided to try it since they had great reviews....we were not disappointed!! It looks rustic, it’s sort of a seat yourself type of spot. It’s casual, but that’s a bonus!! No stuffy waiters, no dressing up. Just come on in and enjoy. The food was fresh and delicious, staff was friendly, place was older but clean as a pin, good size portions and reasonable prices. If you’re driving through and still have your beachwear on, it’s okay....you don’t have to be fancy to enjoy...
