Good food. Not a place I would allow a minor to work. The management was extremely condescending and disrespectful towards their younger team members (14 year olds). I suggest training courses for your management team on how to effectively communicate and work with individuals of all backgrounds and ages. No leniency or understanding was given upon needing time off for school purposes. A member of management text a 14 year old stating “You should never have gotten a job in the first place, you’re not capable” without a clear understanding as to why time was needed off. This could affect the mental state of someone this age immensely. A display of favoritism, disrespect and inequality throughout the work place was shown on several occasions. The lack of concern from owners was unsettling and disgraceful. Since I could not receive a returned phone call, a public message was the next next thing. Do better for your community Bernie’s or change your hiring...

I absolutely LOVE Bernie's. Simple, delicious menu. Extraordinary taste in every dish (I've had almost everything on their menu). Fine dining atmosphere and super friendly staff. Bernie and his family are super sweet and love their customers, making sure they are pleased with their meals. I suggest trying them out if you've never been. If it's the weekend, make a reservation!! My favorite meal is the Chicken Parm meal, sauce on the side, with mostacolli buttered, garlic noodles with garlic bread. They have Italian bread that's delicious and their cheesy bread is fantastic! I always have Pepsi, but they have wine, beer, and cocktails. Enjoy!! Also...

Being longtime Bernie's customers tonight was so disappointing I must comment. The crust was not it's normal thin crisp texture, but instead a thicker underbaked mess. Too much cheese left grease sitting on top and onions cut into such large pieces they fell off. But the topper was the fact the pizza wasn't even cut all the way through. It was such a unappealing mess my husband ate about 1/3rd and left the rest. Bernie's wife took it back to the kitchen to show the cooks. My further astonishment came when they gave us a whopping $2.00 off our order. We still spent $38+ in there. Don't know if we'll ever go back now....
